The enclosed instruction sheet is inadequate, especially regarding access to battery.....I had to use a magnifying glass to find out that the screws required a star-drive screwdriver, not a phillips head. Access to the power switch is on the underside of the mouse, rather inconvenient if one is interested in conserving battery power.

Pros: quality, connectivity - bluetooth/receiver worked well no disconnects. Cons: roller ball is hard to control its pointer. It just didn’t work for me. I needed something to help reduce stress on my wrist. This did not help at all. Not only does it stress your wrist, it caused additional stress on my thumb. LOL! I purchased the old usb Kensington Expert 64325 Optical Mouse.

I would describe it as "sticky" - extra force is required to move the ball. Shaking it upside down or rolling it vigorously in a couple different directions loosens it up sometimes, but then it goes back to being tight.

However, the one I received had a very sticky / not smooth ball (which I don't think is typical), cleaning it didn't resolve the issue so I ended up returning it. The one thing I would have liked to see is the port for charging (to be honest AA batteries would be best) should have been USB C and not the mini-usb.
