I'm a long time customer of Logitech products including their trackball mouse line. This unit worked great for about 13 - 14 months and then the left-mouse button started to glitch. I can't use it anymore

I have been using it for a while and my hand starting hurting. I bought it specifically for being Ergo. It is nice for not moving your had around too much but the trackball is too big for me and it hurts my hand.

This product seems to be the result of using the best of many years of variations on the ‘mouse’, and it is fantastic. The first thing you notice is that the mouse fits your hand so comfortably because of its shape. This comfort is enhanced by how it tilts and this tilt can be varied by adding an included ‘hinge’ component. My wife is having trouble with trigger finger and a sore wrist and I tried different tilt angles with her and she loved the comfort when I added the ‘hinge’ to achieve just the right angle for her to rest her hand on the device – great. You do have the normal left/right click pads and scroll up/down and the scroller also tilts to achieve left/right movement. The device pairs easily with Bluetooth or using an included dongle USB key. It will pair with two computers and there is a button on the top of the mouse to select which computer to connect with. You also have the forward/back buttons used for example to go back and forth between selected web pages etc. A feature that is really useful if you aren’t used to a trackball is the ‘Precision Mode’ button which varies the speed of the cursor right from the mouse – that is of super great value so you can fine tune the speed of the cursor while you work. It gives you a chance to get used to a trackball which many folks including me feel is much better than sliding a mouse around. This mouse is rechargeable via the included cable and one minute of charging will permit a day of use; and I verified that claim – wonderful. A full charge may last you 4 months according to the specs. You would need to download added software called Logitech Flow Control. I did look around the website and it is absolutely first rate. Items are easy to find and well explained. You might for example want to program the buttons to do play/pause or brightness up/down et al. Many folks will love all these optional settings. I loved the feel of this mouse and quite honestly my wife really really loved the ergonomics of this mouse and already it appears her sensitive hand is doing better after just a couple days off the old standard mouse and using this very well designed and super functional product. Best mouse ever made no need to mess with batteries.

This item is good but takes a while to get used to

I used this a few days and put it up on the shelf. The hand and wrist positions just don't fit me at my desk and my arm and hand were getting fatigued quickly.

if you leave it idle, it goes to sleep and usually it wakes up quickly, but not always. the more irritating issue is that it occasionally just does not respond and i have to let it sit for 30 seconds or so, until it finally decides to work again. its not defective, this is just crappy behavior. i will never buy a wireless mouse or keyboard again. i'm a professional software developer and this is unacceptable.

Bought the MX Ergo Trackball for help with early arthritis. Love the size of this mouse. Great feel. I wish this was made without the trackball.

The trackball worked ok, I didn't like the fact the trackball itself was a little to sensitive to the touch which made it hard to zero in on something small. The tilt feature was nice to use to make it more comfortable.

I have too many screens for this mouse. I need the faster speeds to move around but when you switch to the slower speed options the roller is difficult to control.

I just want to say it works really well and wouldnt change a thing.
