    The height is low and the sound is almost silent...very happy with purchase. This makes working from home more comfortable.

    Have bought three of these for other people. Very apple like feel but does both windows and mac. Best feature is the Bluetooth switching between devices.

    I really wanted to enjoy this keyboard. I enjoyed the compactness of the keys and the lack of noise in my opinion it makes when typing. However, the flaw for me is the lack of support to tilt the keyboard or legs in the back.

    Typing is easy and the battery on this lasts for a while. It's not as pleasing as the MX Mechanical but feels better built and that it will last longer. If you can get this for around $100 it is definitely worth it.

    This is a great key board. Has number keys. Types well. I like the blue tooth versus the dongle. Opens a USB port

    really loved this keyboard, as it was super low profile and great for daily use. unfortunately, it stopped working under a year later without any explanation. conveniently after my return period was over :)

  • Good when it works - Connection problems

    Good feel and functionality when it works, but after a few months it would lose connection with the PC at least once a day and I have to cycle power on the keyboard to get it to reconnect. This is using the Logitech Unifying receiver. Haven't tested with Bluetooth. I contacted Logitech, and after a very prolonged process (approximately 2 months), a replacement was sent. The replacement did fine for the first 2-3 months, but is now exhibiting the same behavior. I like the keyboard, but for the cost the connection should be rock solid. My previous low-end Logitech keyboard never had an issue. This is very disappointing for a high-end product.

      Hello John, we are sorry to hear that the MX Keys did not meet your expectations. At Logitech, it is our goal to ensure you are completely satisfied with your Logitech purchase. We take pride in the products and services we offer, and want our customers to enjoy them just as much as we do. From the time frame you are speaking of, it sounds like it might be a battery issue that is causing the connectivity issues. I would try charging the keyboard using the charging cable the device came with and connecting it straight to the computer. I could be totally wrong, since I don't know what all has been done to troubleshoot the keyboard. At the end of this message I'll attach a link for more help as well.
