    Feels nice to use but connection and software fail. Doesn't support wired connection. Therefore I've had to keep a second keyboard on hand. What's the point of using a keyboard if you need to use another keyboard? Drops connection or spams inputs frequently. I strongly do not recommend

      We apologize for the troublesome experience you had with the mouse. Try using a different USB port and check on a different device. Also, unpair/re-pair or disconnect/reconnect the hardware and check if that helps. If the issue persists, reach out to Logi Support team for further assistance.

    My 10+ year old Logitech K800 was still working fine but, over the years, had become somewhat of an eyesore. I purchased a MX Master 3 mouse and a MX Keys keyboard a little over a year ago. The mouse has worked flawlessly but the keyboard's backlight was becoming problematic. The backlight would turn on and off constantly while the keyboard was on. If I forgot to turn it off, the battery would be drained and need charging. Being past the 1 year manufacturer's warranty, I bought a second MX Keys today. I charged the keyboard, with it off. When it was charged, I turned it on and found that this one also had a malfunctioning backlight, turning repeatedly on and off more rapidly than my first. Pretty disappointed actually because I really liked the MX Keys' feel, compactness and low profile but returned this one to Best Buy. Having a deja vu experience because I purchased another K800. Maybe I'll get another 10 years out of it!

      Hi, thank you for sharing your experience with the MX Keys. I'm sorry that the backlighting was not what you had anticipated. The MX Keys has a "Smart Illumination". This means that there are proximity sensors built into the keyboard to detect when your hands are near the keyboard to illuminate and then when you step away the lighting will turn off. There currently is not an option to turn it on and leave it on. You can change the brightness of the backlight with the onboard buttons that are located in the top row of the keyboard.     Expensive. Has lights and nice to type on. Still getting used to. Has options and can change them through Logitech app.
