Sleek and comfortable
||Posted . Owned for 4 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Lightweight, sleek, and the indented keys make typing very comfortable. I rarely work in the dark but the backlit keys are a nice plus. It's relatively quiet as well so the noise level (or lack thereof) is great. I use a MacBook Pro 16-inch connected to a monitor for work and this connects seamlessly. I did have a bit of trouble connecting it to a 2nd device - my personal laptop (MacBook Pro 12-inch) - which is the only reason I'm giving this a 4 instead of 5. The troubleshooting steps were easy to find and follow, so this wasn't a dealbreaker by any means.

A very nice overpriced keyboard
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Is this keyboard really nice? Yes. Is it $100 nice? Is any keyboard? I really like the soft touch keys, which are smooth and quiet. Backlighting works well and is very nice. Being cordless is a big benefit and the overall layout and feel are good as well. Drawbacks: the price and the fact that the wrist rest is sold separately for another $20 vs. being included like it should have been. Having used the wrist rest now for a week, I can verify that it is way over priced for what it is (extremely thin) and definitely should have just been thrown in.

Great keyboard for all my devices
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have a Windows PC (work), Macbook Pro M1, and an iPad Pro. The MX connects to all of them flawlessly. I love how the keys serve both Apple and PC devices. I also like that it is a lighted keyboard. I ditched my more expensive Apple Magic keyboard because I need a lighted one. I still don't understand why Apple does not provide lighted keyboards.

MX Keys & Easy Switch issue.
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This Keyboard had drastically changed my work performance due to its customization options and wireless connections. I personally deal with data entry for a living and have found the mouse to be a time saver. MX Keys can have customized setting per program in your computer. It feels amazing to the touch. The keystrokes are beyond satisfying and have that quick click satisfaction. Typing has increased, along with production. The ability to change devices wirelessly is life changing. I try to balance my work schedule with my social life, but like most people, social connections are more frequent than not via smart phone. I love being able to connect to my Samsung S20 Ultra via Bluetooth and immediately answer a message with only one keystroke. The only thing that bugs me is that the easy shift button does not communicate to its sibling, “MX Master 3.” So, if you have two or more separate devices connected via Bluetooth, that does not support the “FLOW” features, you must physically toggle between devices. The MX Master 3 Mouse is in the same line of MX Series through Logitech. They are meant to compliment each other through FLOW features. However, if you toggle on you MX Key’s to switch devices via Bluetooth on devices not supporting FLOW or vice versa on your MX Master 3, it cannot tell/communicate to one another to switch devices simultaneously. I’ve reached out to Logitech Help Centers and they have confirmed this to be true, and unless the devices are connected through FLOW, you must switch both MX Keys and MX Master 3 separately. Overall, this Mouse is such a great mouse to have for productivity!

Finally a Logitech Keyboard with Easy Switch
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Now that I am working from home, I have two laptops on my desk. One personal, and one issued from work. I love my Logitech MX Master 1, which has an easy switch function, which allows me to switch between 3 different devices with a press of a button, but for the longest time Logitech did not offer a keyboard with that function. The MX Keys is the first with tis easy switch feature, which is a shame because I really enjoyed the Logitech K800 which I have been using daily with my MX Master since I purchased them almost 4 years ago. BUt given my use case of having two separate laptops on my desk I needed something that will allow me to use one pair of mouse/keybaord across all devices. This is the solution. I understand that Logitech also offers the FLOW software solution but this only works if all the devices are on the same network and not on VPN, this doesnt really work with me since my work laptop is on a VPN, and actually I often put my personal devices on a VPN as well. Overall, I like this laptop as it fits my needs with the easy switch funtion. The keys are well spaced out and coming from K800 I did not have to adjust much. I do miss the easy media keys control and had to relearn the layout on the Keys. Also the ergonomics are very different, as the Keys are really flat and low travel. But it still feels nice, I just miss the K800 from time to time. Also, I know they sell the palm rest but I think more than than that, they need to add legs to add maybe 3 to 5 degrees to the angle.

Read this if you are NOT using on a Desk.
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.1st off... the Keyboard is very nice with great build quality and looks good. 2nd... I am a fan og Logitech products and have numerous Logitech Keyboards and mice and they all work well. Wich lead me to buy this MX Keys keyboard to use will with the two computers I have connected to my 55" 4K TV... (I currently use the M590 MULTI-DEVICE Silent Mouse with this two-computer setup and couldn't be happier with its performance.) Prior to purchasing this Keyboard; I had been using the Logitech K830 Illuminated Wireless Keyboard an loved it... it just doesn't support connecting multiple devices. The issue is that this keyboard does not do well if NOT sitting on a desk... let me explain. Unlike the K830 mentioned above... it does not want to light up if the room is dark (which is the whole reason I bought the Keyboard in the 1st place). It seems to need the light from the monitor to tell it that it is time to light-up. I tested this theory by using my phones flash-light to shine some light on it... and only then would it light up (it would continue to light up as long as you keep using it). Long story short... if using on a desk in front of a monitor... you are good to go as the light from the monitor (once you wiggle the mouse to wake up your computer) will basically let the keyboard know it is time to light-up. If using on your lap in a dark environment this is not the Keyboard you want.

Nice wireless keyboard
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Well built. Good range. Battery lasts a long time. Charges with USB-C. Lighted keys are awesome. Base is metal and feels solid. Keys are just ok - very little travel but easy to type with. Probably not for gamers.

MX Keys is a good product, but the support sucks!
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I actually wanted to give this keyboard 5 stars, but Logitech dropped the ball on this gem. The keyboard is beautiful! The keys have a great feel and the illumination is awesome! So, why the 3 stars? Well, Logitech states on their website and on the product's box that this mouse in compatible with ALL versions of Windows. Well, that just isn't true. I have Windows 8.1, and any amount of general typing causes random shortcuts to activate. Other windows/tabs start opening and special functions, like save to file, initiate. In MS-Word, your text suddenly begins changing and altering your document. The problem obviously resides in the operating system. In all fairness, Best Buy ONLY recommends having Windows 10 or later for this item. I should have heeded the warning, but thought Logitech was more confident about what their product could do. Boy, was I ever wrong! When I tried to get assistance from Logitech, they were not helpful at all. I could only access customer service through chat. The first time, the tech did not fix what he perceived was the problem. On my second attempt, I could not reach anyone and they kept me waiting for hours for a tech to respond. Very poor customer support. If you have Windows 10 or later, then I highly recommend this keyboard, BUT just make sure you buy Best Buy's extra 2-Year Accidental Geek Squad protection. If you need support, you can't depend on Logitech to help you. I just don't understand how this keyboard was not designed to function as a basic keyboard for ALL systems. This is a basic piece of equipment, and should not be so system specific. Sorry, Logitech ... but you really messed-up an otherwise great product. And, for this price, at minimum, it should function as a generic keyboard on ANY system. Macros and keyboard shortcuts should NOT have been prioritized over basic functions in this design.

Amazing Keyboard!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I just picked up this keyboard today, to replace the attached keyboard on my Samsung Laptop ( that I am still paying for). This keyboard types very smoothly, lights up, and has all kinds of features- most that I probably will never use. I am very glad I went with this one and not one of the cheaper models. I am VERY happy with my purchase and hope it lasts me for YEARS . :) I

Great full size keyboard with caveats
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The overall feel and functionality of the keyboard is great. I have another Logitech bluetooth keyboard (K380) that I bring with me to work in my open office space and have had no issues with it. So I was expecting the same positive experience with MX Keys. However, the MX Keys keyboard worked the first time I connected it to my Thinkpad via bluetooth. When my laptop fell asleep, the bluetooth connection was lost. I tried multiple times to fix the connection but sometimes it would connect and sometimes it wouldn't. I got tired and frustrated so I connected it via the USB unifying receiver. Now it works fine. I purchased this keyboard for its bluetooth connectivity to keep this clean and uncluttered on my desk. Bluetooth didn't work for me.

10/10 Keyboard
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I love this keyboard I previously had a gaming keyboard but I did not like it at all because of how hard I had to push to actually type so I went with a keyboard similar to the apple magic keyboard that is easy to type in. This keyboard is so smooth and easy to type in, and also has so many nice features like how I can connect it to three other devices with bluetooth! 10/10 amazing keyboard!
