Good combo with a single logi bolt dongle

The ability to switch between 3x paired computers is genuinely handy for my setup. And the MX Master mouse in general is my favorite mouse in terms of design and ergonomics. Unfortunately, persistent lag on the PC makes the mouse borderline unusable. On Mac there are no real lag issues. On PC, using the built-in bluetooth on the computer istelf is completely unusable. Using the included Logitech Bolt receiver helps, but doesn't fix the persistent lag and stutter issues. Just spend a minute googling it, and you'll find that this is an incredibly common issue. You can spend some time troubleshooting system settings, the port the receiver is plugged into, the distance of the receiver from the mouse, etc, but it never really solves it. Logitech has chosen to make both the keyboard and mouse unusable as direct-connected USB devices as well, forcing you to use Bluetooth for connectivity. Incredibly disappointing, and I'm outside of my return window. Such a bummer.

Haven't used all features yet, but a lot to explore. Mouse is compact enough for a medium sized hand. Both mouse and keyboard are responsive and ergonomic. Was easy to pair via bluetooth with my laptop.

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The letters are dim unless you have the backlighting on, but the backlighting does not just make the letters brighter - you can see the lighting at the key edges :(. Also on the Mac mini if you have wifi on, the mouse gets jerky on bluetooth and using the dongle. I have t turn wifi off and then unplug/plug the dongle back in to get it smooth again. Otherwise the keyboard and mouse would be the best available.
