I almost returned it, but the quieter clicks on the 2 main buttons won out. I added some smoother skates at the bottom to compensate for the extra weight.

Turns out what I heard was probably paid reivews. This thing is HEAVY and BIG. Heavy means its hard to move and big means it's hard to hold - making the scrolling almost impossible to do without giving yourself severe wrist issues.
