Logitech produces some of the best, most enjoyable to use, and premium computing accessories on the market. This MX Master 4 for Mac is yet another example. I love the aesthetics of this device. Sure, that may not have anything to do with function, but appearances matter to some of us, and this is pleasing to the eye. But it doesn't just look nice, it has a great build quality and excellent performance. There is a premium look and feel to this mouse. Buttons are satisfying to click, scroll wheels are solid, no loose or moving parts (that shouldn't move), and it is comfortable in the hand. Speaking of mouse clicks, or lack thereof. I truly appreciate the absolute silence that Logitech has incorporated into the MX Master 4. I literally cannot hear any noise when pressing the right and left buttons. I can't tell you how much I appreciate this little touch - pun intended. Scrolling is a breeze and can be done in ratchet mode, which is more traditional, or hyper-fast mode which blasts up or down the screen. Side scrolling is also smooth and accurate. While I don't find the haptic feedback to be useful with my use cases. I love that it's there. There is just something satisfying about the gentle feedback. It's not overpowering or annoying. The haptics are just enough to let you know it's there. I have used this mouse with the latest Mac Mini, Macbook Air, and the latest iPad Pro 12.9", all with excellent results. While probably a bit more practical for a desktop or laptop use case, you'll find the MX Master 4 to function great in either scenario. Cursor accuracy is beyond excellent. I have not been able to use this on glass, so I can't speak to that surface type. My use has been on a dark wood desk, granite countertop, black plastic lap desk, and even on the armrest of my recliner. Flawless accuracy in every use case. Using the Logi Options+ software ups the game even more, allowing for button customization, adjusting the speed of cursor tracking, and so much more. While the mouse can be used without this software, I highly recommend downloading, as it adds so much more functionality and customization to the experience. Connectivity is stellar. I have used this with Bluetooth, however it can be used with Logi Bolt USB connector. I have not experienced any lag or disconnections. I have this connected to three devices and switching between them is smooth. Almost instantaneous connection is made when switching. Battery life is superb. I have used this pretty heavily for several weeks and still have right about 60% battery remaining. It does charge with USB-C and yes, you can still use the mouse while connected. I am a longtime fan of Logitech's products. The attention to detail, solid build, overall quality, and excellent performance remain evident in this MX Master 4. I have zero reservations about recommending this product. Great job once again, Logitech!

Solid Upgrade to a Great Mouse

Logitech makes my favorite accessories. I've used their products for years. From universal remotes, to keyboards, headset, webcams, and mice, Logitech makes solid accessories. My previous Logitech mice have been the MX Vertical, and the MX Master 3S, and I've had no complaints. So my review will be based on my experience in upgrading from the MX Master 3S to the MX Master 4. Design Impressions The MX Master 4 keeps the classic design that’s made the Master MX series popular and my favorite choice of mouse. The design feels familiar under the palm, and the side grips have a textured finish. The overall build feels a bit thicker and more solid than my 3S. Thankfully, Logitech didn’t change what made me love using my MX Master 3S. The MX 4 still fits naturally in my hand. The weight is similar to the 3S, heavy enough to feel sturdy and light enough to glide effortlessly. Battery life remains great. I’ve gone nearly two weeks with daily use and the charge indicator hasn’t budged. When it comes to connections, the MX Master 4 has the same wireless options as the MX Master 3S. You can connect using Bluetooth, or using a Logitech Bolt adapter. It’s worth noting that the Bolt adapter is not included, but the same Bolt connector that came with my MX Master 3S works for the MX Master 4. Buttons & Customization Logitech added some noticeable changes to the button layout. There’s now an additional side button near the thumb area, and the gesture button has been moved. The feeling of the clicking of buttons are quieter than other mice without feeling weird. I’m glad they kept this from the MX Master 3S because the clicking was so much nicer. The biggest change here is the addition of a haptic feedback system. It adds vibrations that cue you when switching devices, invoking gestures, or interacting with the new Action Ring menu. It’s enough not to distract, but enough to make interactions feel deliberate. The scroll wheel feels the same as the MX Master 3S, it spins easily, and is responsive. Just like previous Logitech mice, customization through the Options+ software allows for greater customization and personalization. Every button, wheel, and gesture can be reassigned by app. With the newer button layout and haptic cues, it’s now easier to design workflows with several steps. For example, you can assign the Action Ring to Photoshop for quick brush size, color picker, and layer toggles. The Action Ring The headline software ability is the Action Ring, an overlay you access with an assigned gesture or button click. It’s essentially a radial shortcut menu, and can be paired with the haptic feedback. You can configure it to launch apps, switch desktops, trigger macros, or control media. The only software powered feature that I honestly don’t use all that much is the Flow feature. It’s designed for moving between multiple distinct devices. Bottom Line The MX Master 4 is a solid upgrade from the Master 3S for people who will use the new features. It’s familiar and comfortable in form, but a packs a punch under the hood. The haptics and Action Ring make tasks feel smoother and more responsive, and the redesigned buttons expand what’s possible without adding a ton of clutter. I'm glad I upgraded.

Logitech and the MX Master line wins again

I have been a fan of the Logitech brand for almost twenty years and whenever I am in the market for a new computer accessory, it is the brand I am sure to stick with and check out their latest products to add to my arsenal. That is no different with this Logitech MX Master ergonomic mouse for Mac products. My work recently switched my work laptop from a PC to a Mac so I found myself wanting a Mac specific mouse to help me get back to the efficiency I was used to. Logitech knocked it out of the park with this one when it comes to efficiency and advanced features, one of those being the ability to switch between up to three different Apple devices with the Actions ring button, which is of course in a very convenient spot right under the tip of the thumb. Even with my shorter fingers, I am still able to reach it and press it with no issues. It has been an excellent new tool with photo editing, helping me speed up my process just a little bit more which counts for everything. When Logitech claims this mouse is ergonomic, they truly mean it, as I said my hands are on the smaller side but I am still very comfortable using this mouse. The new and improved texture and materials on this mouse also feel high end and luxurious, even after using it for eight to ten hours at a time, my hand is still comfortable and no signs of sweaty irritated hands. I also absolutely love the metal scroll ring, not only does it feel like such a high quality, but the weight of it really helps you get some speed and get a quick scroll easily going. I never realized how much time I used to waste scrolling until I had such an efficient new way to do it. Overall, I cannot recommend Logitech products, and specifically their MX Master line of products, whether you spend all day every day on your computer, or just a casual Mac user, this product is sure to elevate the experience.

There isn't a terrible amount to be said about the new MX Master 4 that probably hasn't already been said. For a productivity mouse, Logitech has built hands down the best mouse for the job. The biggest change from the MX Master 3 for me was the haptic feedback. The positive feedback when clicking is satisfying and reminds me of Apple's trackpads. The mouse is incredibly well built, ergonomic, and a great alternative to the trackpad. The Options+ software allows you to pretty much customize everything about the mouse from what the button actions will be to the feedback amount. The mouse also has the option to be paired to up to three devices which is great for those with more than on Mac or maybe an iPad Pro in the mix. Battery life is still incredible and despite using the mouse for three weeks it is still rocking the initial charge. The mouse is precise and seems to work on all surfaces I have tried including a glass mousepad. I don't really recommend the mouse for any kind of competitive gaming, but it would work in a pinch. It feels fast and responsive, but compared to a true gaming mouse you can feel the difference. Overall, the mouse is my daily workhorse and has gotten me away from my Magic Trackpad. For a productivity mouse you simply cannot go wrong with the Logitech MX Master 4 for MaC. Easy recommendation.

    Ergo and haptic = Winning

I’ve owned other version of the MX Master series, and the MX Master 4 for Mac takes everything Logitech has learned and refines it beautifully. The first thing you notice is the shape — it just fits your hand right. The curve and contour of the body feel natural in the hand, and the thumb rest is positioned where it should be. I can use it for hours without a hint strain. As someone who does deal with carpal tunnel…. that’s huge. The weight is balanced and it has a solid feel that makes cheaper mice seem… flimsy (not sure that’s quite the right word but hopefully you get the idea) by comparison. I’m loving the haptic feedback. Logitech’s implementation here is subtle but satisfying. It’s not a gimmicky buzz or vibration — it’s a clean, precise feedback that lets you feel every click register. That tactile response makes a surprising difference when working in creative apps or switching between virtual desktops. It adds a level of control and awareness that feels intuitive, almost instinctive, after a few minutes of use. I say this after then using my work computer and plain old mouse… it was kind of sad. Connectivity is flawless on my MacBook Pro. It is Bluetooth without a dongle but I’ve never had Bluetooth issues with my Mac, so not a problem in my opinion. The scroll wheel glides for you, and switching between devices or settings is smooth. If you spend long days at your desk, this mouse is absolutely worth it. It’s comfortable, responsive, and refined. For what I want in a mouse…Logitech really nailed it with this one.

    They've Only Made It Better

I've been using MX Master mice for many years and they keep getting better. This MX Master 4 is definitely and improvement, but takes a little getting used to - particularly if, like me, you've been a 3S user. The 4 weighs just a little bit more than the 3S (150g vs. 141g), and I noticed it immediately. The surface of the 4 also has some subtle texture, which should help prevent the greasy wear we've seen on the previous iteration. All of this makes the MX Master 4 feel more substantial in my hand while maintaining fantastic control. The MX Master 4 also has a revamped thumb-action button. Out of the box, it's linked to the new "Actions Ring" available in the Logi Options+ companion software. I love this updated button - and coupled with the 4's new haptic feedback (!!!), the mouse is simply a pleasure to use. The release of the MX Master 4 is coupled with the update Logi Options+ software. The biggest addition is the Actions Ring that presents a round pop-up window from which you can open apps and shortcuts, run macro routines, etc. All of it is configurable to what you want - and you can even change its activation from the 4's thumb-action button to something else. To me, what's incredible significant about this new functionality is that you can now execute multiple Easy-Switch devices. That is, when you change inputs on the mouse, you can also have it change the input on an MX keyboard or other compatible device. Now I don't have to click multiple buttons to switch from one computer to another. This is a game changer for my workflow!

Upgraded from a MX Master 3, and while I expected it to be similarly as amazing, the new gen definitely surprised me in a good way. First of all, if any of you out there don't know about the scroll wheel on this thing...not sure what you are doing with your lives, but go out and buy this mouse! When working and scrolling through 50 plus pages to get through docs fast, no more moving your finger over and over and over again, just give the wheel a spin, and it effortlessly does the scrolling for you. If you give it a good spin, it will scroll for a good ten seconds until you hear the click of it stopping. You will be amazed at how it increases productivity with no scroll strain. I'd buy it just for that, however there is so much more. The horizontal side scroll is awesome for those excel docs with columns for dayz. No more clicking the right or left arrows, just get your thumb into the game and you won't ever go back. I do love the haptic feedback of this generation which the 3s did not have. Just gives you that little extra warm fuzzy feeling when taking care of business!! Don't shop around, and don't think about it too long because you are missing out if you aren't hoping on the MX Master 4 Train!!

If you’re in the market for a brand new mouse for your computer, looking no further, this is the one. I’ve used all the previous versions of this mouse, and this one is by far the best. The upgrades that they’ve done with the hectic feedback simply takes it to another level, and I think you’re really gonna be happy when you start to use it. Hardware is amazing a little heavier, but still good. The other others were somewhat weighty as well, but this one kinda to be done this way. The internals are different on this mouse because of the haptic feedback, so that’s why the weight has been increased. Traveling feedback on the buttons are all good, very solid and nice and clicky. The scroll wheel seems to have been improved as well, making it easy to transition from page to page. This mouse is for the Mac, and I believe the ones where the PC would probably operate the same as well. The price is fair considering the upgrades that they’ve done from the previous generations, but some people will still be priced out. Connection was nice and simple, just turn on Bluetooth and you’re all set. My computer found it right away, and connected instantly. If you have connection issues, all you have to do is flip the mouse over, and long press the button on the bottom. Make sure your Bluetooth is turned on on your computer or device, and select the mouse. Give it a second to connect, and you’re all good. I highly recommend this mouse, and this brand.

We truly appreciate your deep dive into the Logitech MX Master 4 for Mac. It’s wonderful to hear that after using all previous versions, you find this one to be by far the best, especially highlighting the haptic feedback that "takes it to another level."
Your detailed comments on the hardware (including the weight change and its reason), the improved scroll wheel, and the nice and simple connection process are invaluable for others considering this purchase.
Thank you so much for the high recommendation—hearing "This is a no brainer, just buy it" is the highest compliment we could receive! Logitech

    Productivity Booster

The MX Master 4 is the latest flagship mouse in Logitech’s lineup. The highlight new feature for this mouse is its ability to provide haptic feedback. While haptics don’t necessarily increase productivity, they do enhance feedback and give you confidence that the action you’re trying to do is successful, for example, snapping to smart guides in Photoshop. PROs • The center wheel allows precise scrolling when rotated slowly or at normal pace. But if you flick it quickly, it rotates freely for rapid scrolling. There is also a center button that by default activates rapid scroll, but there’s really no reason to use it when the flicking motion works just fine. Fortunately, that button can be configured for another function. For example, I have set the button to close browser tabs when in Chrome or Safari. • Charge port on the front means that it can continue being used while charging. If in a rush, one minute of charging is supposed to provide about 3 hours use. Fully charging, however, should last 70 days. • The haptic button can be pressed to bring up the Actions Ring by default. The Actions Ring is a menu wheel of selectable functions for general use or based on the app you’re in. You can even create a folder to nest additional functions. If you’re doing anything that requires a lot of mouse interaction like photo/video editing, the Actions Ring has the potential to boost productivity immensely. • Premium feel and mouse click sound. • The function of just about every button can be customized to truly let you get the most out the mouse. CONs • Note that the front port is only for charging, not for wired operation. That means it still needs to be connected via Bluetooth or via Logitech’s Bolt receiver, which inexplicably is not included in the Mac edition of the mouse despite being the same price as the non-Mac edition that does include the receiver. • The Logi Plugins Marketplace is confusing. There are plugins and there are profiles, and at a glance, it’s hard to tell what the difference is and what you should be using when. • Despite all the flexibility in configuring the buttons and wheels per application, there is no way to configure them per website. I spend most of my working day in Gmail. It would be nice if I could further configure the settings with shortcuts for deleting, archiving, replying etc. while in Gmail. But the settings only apply to the browser, not the website. OTHER • Logitech has really gone all-in on their Logi Options+ software. Firstly, it serves as a hub for configuring many Logitech devices including mice, cameras, and keyboards. Many of the buttons on these devices can be repurposed for different settings. But secondly, the Logi Options+ also allows customization by app, both by your own settings and by downloading app specific plug-ins in the Logi marketplace. • The long term usefulness of haptics is TBD. It requires software apps to incorporate it in meaningful ways. At launch, Photoshop, Lightroom and Zoom have incorporated haptics. The Logi marketplace will have additional plugins over time. I would not purchase this mouse based solely on the haptics feature, but it does give you an additional button to configure as you’d like. • The thumb wheel—unlike the scroll wheel—is always free rotating. You can adjust the sensitivity so, for example, horizontal scroll speed is faster or slower. But it’s also a natural wheel to use for switching browser tabs or Excel workbook sheets, and having some “clickability” like the scroll wheel would be useful. • One other functionality I wish the mouse had was the ability to use the scroll wheel to scroll application window menu items. This would be a killer feature and really improve productivity. I’m coming from using an Apple trackpad, so comparisons to the prior version of the mouse don’t mean much to me. I’ve been using a third party utility to customize my trackpad. Since that utility also customizes other peripherals and apps, I won’t be giving it up. But the MX4 and Logi Options+ will be my go to to configure anything mouse related. Overall I give this 4.5 stars, rounded down for not including a Bolt receiver in the Mac edition.

One of the Best Mice for Your Desk

The latest in the lineup of MX Master mice, the MX Master 4. The mouse design is very much the same as previous generations, but with a little twist. Logitech has added yet another button to the mouse; the button under your thumb now corresponds to a haptic feedback enabled actions ring button (more on that later). The button that it replaced (the gestures button) still exists on the mouse as a distinct button near the back/forwards buttons and still works just fine. The important part with any mouse is “how does it feel in the hand?” After all, you’re going to be using it all day and if it hurts to use it it’s not a good fit. From a purely ergonomic perspective, the mouse forces your hand in a certain way that is comfortable and well-suited for long-term use. Click noise is super quiet and the scroll wheel maintains the smart-shift scrolling option where if you scroll fast enough, the wheel unlocks to spin freely (one of my favorite features in this series of mice). In the hand though, this new design feels weird – specifically where your thumb rests. The MX Master 3 had a little divot behind the horizontal scroll wheel that was a nice place for your thumb to rest. The 4 instead has a protrusion behind the wheel which forces your thumb to rest on the back/forwards buttons. The way it rests on the buttons feels weird – almost like feeling the underside of a plastic injection-molded part. It’s not a terrible feeling, just unusual. One other offering that Logitech has placed in this mouse is the concept of haptic feedback. Actions on your computer like navigating the action wheel (I know, I’m getting to it) result in the mouse vibrating. It’s “cool,” but given that the only application that currently can use it is the one by Logitech, it feels a tad bit too gimmicky. Where Logitech wants this mouse to shine is through the app you install on your computer, Logi Options+. When you install that application and set up the mouse through it, the button under your finger becomes a sort of macro button. Tapping it will result in an action wheel launching, offering you options to control your computer like changing music tracks, taking screenshots, or controlling full applications like the Adobe suite or Figma. It is very clearly oriented to the creative professional type. As a software developer, I _want_ to find a use for the action wheel, but I have found other shortcuts to achieve similar results and frequently just forget about the action wheel. Excluding the action wheel, the Logi Options+ software is what makes this mouse truly shine. It provides the ability to remap almost any button on the mouse to do what you want in the program you want. For instance, if you wanted the “gesture” button to launch an emoji picker when you are in your web browser, that is an option. If you wanted that same button to then be a play/pause music button when you’re in your word processor of choice, that is also an option that will be seamlessly followed as you change applications. The mouse will work fine without this application installed; it just won’t be as powerful as what the people at Logitech designed it to be. I have mixed feelings about needing to install an application for a mouse to work fully, but I see the power it offers. One big question in my mind is “what makes this mouse ‘for Mac’?” The mouse is labeled as “for Mac” on the bottom and even shows up that way as its identifier, but it works well everywhere. My primary computer is a Mac and the family laptop is a PC – testing on both (and even my Android phone for giggles) resulted in no issues whatsoever. I am a huge fan of the MX Master series of peripherals – they have graced my desk for several years at this point. I was excited when I heard that Logitech was updating the Master series again. This keeps all the prestige of the previous versions, but the way my thumb sits feels more like a downgrade than an upgrade. If you have the choice between the Master 3 and 4 and can try both out, I strongly encourage you to feel which one you would like more and pay special attention to where your thumb naturally rests. If you don’t have the choice, you can’t go wrong with the MX Master 4. It is a best-of-breed mouse and belongs on any computer users desk.

I found Logitech MX Master 4 a poweful addition to my office. So far after a month I have not had any problems with comfort, performance and design. It is an impressive and practical mouse Ihave ever had. I am editing apps with gestures or shortcuts and this mouse made my life easier. The design is comfortable and hold up the hand nicely. Thumb scroll is customizable and works fine for me. I can scroll smoothly and go down to pixels. It can be connected to my Mac with Bluetooth in a minute and USBC also works well if cable is accessible. It can hold up the charge up to a week. Clicking is quite and so smooth and make my job easier when i work at night while my kids are sleeping or in a meeting. The only drawback is the Logi option plus app needed to be customized which is a bit expensive. Overall, the MX Master 4 for Mac is a high-end experience that integrates extremely well with Apple hardware. It's optimally suited for creative professionals and those who value precision and comfort.

Logitech - MX Master 4 for Mac - Laser Ergonomic Mouse is awesome. Easy to setup and configure with the logitech software. Customizable beyond imagination. Each button can be setup to do custom actions. The action button on the left side of the mouse is crazy. It will open up your AI from MS, ChatGPT, etc. Launches instantly and without fail. You can also use the action button to play or pause music, etc. Scroll wheel is effortless. I was using an apple mouse prior and love it, but this is a step above to say the least. Easy to connect using bluetooth and within seconds for it to connect and be used as a standard mac mouse device. I installed the Logitech app software for the mouse specifically for Mac and within minutes I had it setup with custom actions, switching between desktops, launching AI agents and changing my world forever. Cannot say enough about this mouse. Effortless and amazing all in one swift motion. Scrolling through web pages and clicking into the advanced options of my apps so quickly on my 49” widescreen monitor. There is truly nothing like this device. Absolutely and thoroughly enjoying it.

While the computer company for whom this mouse is made for can't even figure out how to move the charging port on their own mouse to a more practical location, Logitech keeps on iterating on their already excellent mouse. One can really tell that their engineers put a lot of thought into what they can do to preserve the mouse functions that MX Master fans know and love but also add on to those pre-existing functions with new and unique features. I'm referring to things like the haptic feedback the mouse gives you along with the actions ring that allows you to perform 'shortcuts' very easily. Yes it's true, very true, that this mouse, along with the Logitech software, can be overwhelming - especially for the novice or non-techie user but don't let that dissuade you from giving this mouse a shot. You can definitely just perform basic functions if that's all you want, but at least you'll have room to grow into this mouse and all its features if and when the time comes. My only gripe, as was true with the previous version, is the lack of an included receiver in the box. You have to use Bluetooth, at least to begin with.

This really is a fantastic mouse. First off, it connects to the computer with Bluetooth and no extra dongle or app needed. The mouse itself is really precise. First, it glides across about any surface and still reads fine. The other mouse I had seemed to skip a bit and need a mouse pad, this one doesn’t. The center wheel has a cool feature that you can click it and it spins free. I don’t use it a lot, but if you’re doing something like CAD or other design work and are trying to use the wheel to be very precise, it is nice to not have the wheel click and jump a little more than you would have wanted. The second wheel next to your thumb is really nice too when you zoom in on design work and realize you’re over too far to the left or right. For gaming its great too, but doesn’t have some of the special features a dedicated gaming mouse would have. It also has USB charging which is nice since I never have batteries with me when I need them and since it’s a pretty standard connector I don’t have to worry about packing a special cable in my laptop bag just for charging the mouse. Overall I’m really happy with this mouse.

The Logitech MX Master 4 for Mac works like a dream. I connected it to my MacBook Pro without any issues, and the Logi Options software immediately recognized the new device. Within minutes, I was mapping the additional buttons to suit my workflow (I do a lot of CAD work). The mouse is impressively quiet yet still provides that satisfying, tactile “click” feedback. As someone who has spent years unintentionally annoying coworkers with noisy mouse clicks, this design is a huge relief — it’s virtually silent but doesn’t compromise on feel or responsiveness. The ergonomics are excellent, the precision is top-notch, and it performs every bit as smoothly as the ten-year-old MX Master it replaced. After a week of daily use, I still haven’t needed to recharge it. Overall, this is easily one of the best mice I’ve ever owned, and I’d recommend it to anyone who values comfort, performance, and quiet efficiency in their workspace. Bonus: This will also work with Windows PCs as well if you have a dongle for existing LOGI accessories.

    Best Productivity Mouse

I've owned MX mice for years and absolutely love them. There really isn't a better mouse for all day work use. I was really excited to see what was new on the new MX 4 version and have found it a pretty good upgrade. Overall if you've used an MX mouse before you'll feel at home with this one. It has a great ergonomic feel, a very satisfying vertical scroll wheel that can either click like a normal wheel or be completely free to move without friction. The side scroll on this mouse is a little different than the previous model, with a more convex feel as opposed to the concave side scroll on the mx 3. I don't love the new feel of the side scroll on this mouse near as much as the older version. The biggest change on this mouse is the big thumb button. Logitech has introduced an entire software package around this button that creates a shortcut wheel for endless functionality. I have definitely used this way more than the one function thumb button on the previous version. Though the software seems not quite ready for prime time. It was somewhat hard to use and confusing and I couldn't get the plugins to load most of the time. I was able to map software shortcuts to the snipping tool and to lock my laptop which has come in handy. Overall this is a great mouse with tons of features. The clunky software is the only downside, but I wouldn't say that is a deterrent from getting the mouse.

I’ve been on board with the MX series for a while now. This is replacing a Master 3. Love the MagSpeed scroll wheel. Handling the 4 takes some getting used to from a grip and lift standpoint. The M3 seems to have a bit more curvature than the M4. Curvature, or the buttons below the horizontal scroll protrude more. Either way, picking up the M3 with a light grip is easier than the M4. Function wise, it all feels the same as what I’m use to. Precise movements and decent ergonomics. Though I wish they’d move the MagSpeed to the vertical mice, for the best ergonomics and features. The price point might be high for some. The action ring is a nice option, but I can’t get the screen shot option to work correctly with it, so for me, I just have the thumb pad button routed for a keyboard shortcut. I’m missing out on the feel power of the action ring, but how I have it set up is most practical for me. It’ll take a little more experimenting to figure out and evaluate how to route each button for my other workflows.
