I recently switched to vertical mice because of severe wrist pain that came from using standard mice for hours on end. I originally invested in a cheap Anker mouse, but the poor build quality when compared to the Logitech mouse I was switching from made me yearn for something a little sturdier. The Anker mouse did help with wrist pain, but came with other problems like the DPI randomly switching on its own. This mouse is of much better quality. It's sturdy, the plastic and metal are of good quality and it continues the trend of vertical mice saving my poor wrist from cramps. I'd recommend this to anyone who has wrist problems in their mouse hand.

It works fine and is easy to set up. I haven't noticed any difference in the comfort level compared to my old mouse. I use with two devices and it transitions easily but the button is on the bottom. The multi-device Logitech I had worked just as well and the switch button was on top. Probably could have saved the $80 and just stuck with that.

I have smaller hands and carpal tunnel. I spend my work days on a laptop and my off days PC gaming. This mouse has allowed me to spend more time actually enjoying my games as my hand no longer cramps or goes numb. It did not take long to get used to. It is easy to pair with multiple devices, both Mac and PC. The customizable buttons are fantastic and the Logitech software is easy to use. I highly recommend this mouse.

Saved my wrist. I was starting to have carpal tunnel symptoms from using my regular mouse. Heard about this and have it a go. This is my absolute favorite mouse for work. It is very natural and comfortable to hold and it keeps my wrist off the surface at an angle. I also have the Logitech Marble trackball mouse I use for the non work PC. It works great as well but better for general browsing. The MX Vertical is more accurate and more comfortable in my view. I saw my pain go away in a day. Haven't had any since I've started using this. It can be used wirelessly or wired with the included USB cable

My favorite mouse. This is the perfect mouse for daily use. I do not have wrist pain when using this mouse.

I got the Logitech-MX Vertical Wireless Optical Mouse specifically because I was looking for help with arthritis. First, be aware there is a learning curve to use it properly. Second, if you have hand deformities due to arthritis and/or you have small hands, you may want to find one you can "test drive" before you decide to buy it. All that being said, I am very happy with this mouse. I can work longer periods without my hand cramping or clawing up. I will definitely look for another like this if this one happens to stop working. Hope this is helpful to someone searching.

bought for work, on laptop all day, this is a great choice, ergonomic is the way to go, and with the software, love the customization

Logitech's MX line has always been spot on for me. I needed an ergo mouse for work and this definitely helps my hand and wrist. Long last battery life with USB-C for charging is a plus as well

Very different. Personally like the feel of the mouse but will update this review as time progresses. Overall very comfortable, light weight, and easy to setup.

The battery lasts a really long time. I use it for work and it lasts months.

I have had this for over six months before reviewing because I wasn't sure I would like it, and I wanted to be fair. Now, I LOVE IT! It took a while, but once I got used to it, I wouldn't go back. I had a thumb trackball previously, and I was trying to minimize wrist motion, but I couldn't find the same one again, years later when it went out, and I settled for this one. It is smooth, charges with a USB-C and charges very quickly. I have only had to charge it two or three times since I have had it, with constant use daily (I teach online). Leave yourself a few days to get used to it, and then you will love it too.

Logitech MX Vertical wireless mouse is great ergonomic mouse. Feels different if coming from regular mouse use, but adjustment is fast and seems more comfortable to use.

Best ever! If you have carpal tunnel issues, you need this. Just had two surgeries and this mouse is super comfortable and easy to use. Highly recommend!

Really like the feel, but there is a learning curve getting use to repositioned buttons. Should be great after I get used to it. Logitech documentation is not adequate, so you have to do a lot of trial and error to see how the various features work. Logitech website customer service is very slow if it exists at all.

Very comfortable mouse. I spend the entire work-day one the computer and my hand doesn't hurt anymore after switching to this mouse.

This thing can accommodate and save its settings to 3 different devices and its the most confortabel mouse ive used to this day.

It never arrived. Delivery company lost it. Shoes on tracking. Can you send another to replace it? I haven’t time to come to store and was unsuccessful getting a credit on the app. I did discuss via chat but thought I would make it to store to work it out. Just send me a replacement to address provided.

Works very well. I love the overall feel. Definitely helps my "carpal tunnel" pain. One does need to readjust the mouse location, repeatedly. This may not make sense but once you start using one, you'll see. It's not a big deal, just something to be aware of (you have to keep picking it up and moving it to the pad center). It is now second nature for me and I don't notice (have been using it for 2 months or so). I love the precision of it as well. I have not used the extra features because my computer needs are simple. But again I really like this device and it has helped diminish my wrist pain.

The shape of the mouse took about a week to get used to but my wrist no longer feels any fatigue or pain and i can do work for hours on end without any issues. I'm the type of person to sit behind a computer and do work so this new hand position worked for me! People should definitely give this unique product a try because it really does make your day to day less painful.
