This is the best mouse I have ever used. It is also the second one I have purchased. I work in IT, and I am at my computer for 8 hours plus 5 days a week. Using this mouse and a wrist pad, my hand never cramps or gets tired. When I have to use my travel mouse, I end up just using the mouse pad because my hand and wrist start to hurt.

I love this mouse. For anyone not used to using ergonomic mice, it may take some getting used to but totally worth it. A little jumpy when using via Bluetooth but plug in the dongle and it works flawlessly. I used a Microsoft Natural mouse for years and it started wearing out physically. Purchased a cheap ergonomic mouse and it was not so smooth. Shelled out the extra money for this one and was totally worth it.

The battery lasts a really long time. I use it for work and it lasts months.

I use to get pain in my wrist and arm from the lack of an ergonomic mouse and extended use. I bought one of these in 2016 and I have been using them ever since. I just replaced the first one I bought seven years later. Definitely would recommend.

I purchased a new mouse because my previous one had issues with the dongle. Granted, I could have just bought a new dongle but I opted to get a new mouse instead. I'm extremely glad I did! Using it is so seemless... not to mention there are three different ways to connect. I absolutely love it!

Well, you get what you pay for. This device does have a definite premium feel. The weight and build quality are outstanding, and it does seem built to last, so maybe that will offset the cost as it definitely has the potential to outlast 2-3 cheaper mice. It's is very vertical, which is why I bought it. It was replacing an old Microsoft Ergonomic wireless mouse, and it took a little getting use to the new feel, this mouse is superior in every way.

I was skeptical about using a vertical mouse at first because I never used one and watched several reviews about it in YouTube but boy was I glad that Logitech’s MX Vertical Mouse is my first and final vertical mouse. I have been using regular mices for the longest time but started to sometimes have very bad pain in my right wrist and purchased this to see if it helps alleviate the pain, and it did! Highly recommend!

I love this mouse. It relieves all strain and pain, works on my sofa side fabric, has many control options. Plus it feels like you are piloting the Space Shuttle. I bought one for my office as well. Cant recommend it enough.

As a middle aged PC gamer, occasional remote worker, spreadsheet creater, this mouse has made all the difference in my wrist. I've been using it for about a month. I no longer feel the pain that came with using a normal mouse. It did take some adjusting but it was totally worthwhile.

Title says it all. Got it on a whim for office use at work and ended up loving it so much, I bought another for home use for gaming. Yeah it’s a wonky look, and I was weary too but trust me, you won’t be disappointed. Whether you want to game with it or just work it’s awesome. I hold a regular mouse and it just feels “off” now. Won’t use another style of mouse likely ever again.

Excellent device! I've noticed less hand pain after using it for two weeks. The device is plug and play and I had no issues getting started with it. I bought it for my home office and am not looking forward to the basic mouse I have at the office when WFH is no longer an option. I had no issues adapting to the new positioning of this mouse; however, I don't use the extra buttons that are positioned on the thumb side or on top.

I was having slight wrist pain so decided to try out this vertical mouse and it was weird at first but now I can use it flawlessly and my wrist no longer hurts.

Excellent product, I didn't know if it would make a difference for my wrist, and i was shocked to find out it was a seemless transition from a traditional mouse, and I have Zero pain now...

I bought this mouse for work and was debating between this and the mx master. Ended up getting this because I'll be using a mouse for upwards of 10 hours a day nowa and felt that a vertical mouse would be better for my wrist in the long run due to extended usage. Haven't had any issues with it. Love the long battery life and the usb c port. Only wish that the ratchet scroll wheel from mx master made an appearance in this lineup.

Great ergonomics -- gives my wrist a break when doing long projects on the computer. Find it works best when you use another large mouse -- MX Master or the 600 wired gaming series from Logitech -- and alternate out depending on the project. Does work better with larger hands. They have a smaller vertical mouse that is very similar.

Easy to use and very comfortable. Not having to replace batteries is a big win too!

I'm glad I made the switch to a vertical mouse! I've noticed an immediate difference in my wrist, forearm, and elbow. I've already recommended this mouse to multiple friends, and would recommend it to anyone whose day-to-day involves sitting in front of a computer.

I have never left a review of a product but had to do it in this situation. The scroll wheel stopped working 2.5 months after I bought it. This mouse cost me over $100 after tax and it stops working properly after only 2.5 months?! Unbelievable! Needless to say, I can't return it anymore. I went through the usual steps one would take to resolve the issue: restarting my laptop; turned the mouse off and on, restored the defaults, and then set my scrolling preferences again. Nothing. I went online and found that the scroll wheel can just randomly stop working. Ugh. It's such a shame because I really do like it, but I am livid that such an expensive mouse stopped functioning properly in such a very short time.

I wanted to try this so my hands hurt less, but ended up being the same as regular mouse since my hands are bigger than average. Definitely will work for others with smaller hands!
