I'm glad I made the switch to a vertical mouse! I've noticed an immediate difference in my wrist, forearm, and elbow. I've already recommended this mouse to multiple friends, and would recommend it to anyone whose day-to-day involves sitting in front of a computer.

Excellent device! I've noticed less hand pain after using it for two weeks. The device is plug and play and I had no issues getting started with it. I bought it for my home office and am not looking forward to the basic mouse I have at the office when WFH is no longer an option. I had no issues adapting to the new positioning of this mouse; however, I don't use the extra buttons that are positioned on the thumb side or on top.

Great ergonomics -- gives my wrist a break when doing long projects on the computer. Find it works best when you use another large mouse -- MX Master or the 600 wired gaming series from Logitech -- and alternate out depending on the project. Does work better with larger hands. They have a smaller vertical mouse that is very similar.

This is the second Logitech MX Vertical mouse I have bought - the other one was a battery operated one that I finally managed destroy after 3 years of carting it everywhere and not being very kind to it.

I bought this mouse for work and was debating between this and the mx master. Ended up getting this because I'll be using a mouse for upwards of 10 hours a day nowa and felt that a vertical mouse would be better for my wrist in the long run due to extended usage. Haven't had any issues with it. Love the long battery life and the usb c port. Only wish that the ratchet scroll wheel from mx master made an appearance in this lineup.

Easy to use and very comfortable. Not having to replace batteries is a big win too!

It may look unusual, but this is the most comfortable mouse I've ever used. The tilt of my hand is more natural resting on the side of the wrist and I can move almost the entire width of a screen by just moving my hand a bit but keeping the wrist stationary. This is a winner

Another great Logitech product. I have noticed that while it does take some getting used to, once used to it, it is actually less stressful.

Works great. Not sure why it's so expensive. Couple extra buttons. That's all. But it looks cool.

Love the ergonomics of this mouse. Greatly reduces stress on the forearm and shoulder. The very high quality of the optical reader makes this an excellent choice for graphics such as Photoshop, Lightroom and Illustrator.

I have never left a review of a product but had to do it in this situation. The scroll wheel stopped working 2.5 months after I bought it. This mouse cost me over $100 after tax and it stops working properly after only 2.5 months?! Unbelievable! Needless to say, I can't return it anymore. I went through the usual steps one would take to resolve the issue: restarting my laptop; turned the mouse off and on, restored the defaults, and then set my scrolling preferences again. Nothing. I went online and found that the scroll wheel can just randomly stop working. Ugh. It's such a shame because I really do like it, but I am livid that such an expensive mouse stopped functioning properly in such a very short time.

The mouse definitely relieves some stress on you arm while using it, but you’re forced to use more of your arm to move it rather than your wrist, so you loose some fine control if you wanted to do activities like game with it.

Love this mouse! Have noticed a complete fall off and disappearance of previous wrist issues from my original regular mouse. Highly recommend this. Functions excellently in all areas.

Great mouse for arthritic hand. I love the customizable thumb buttons as I do a lot of copy/paste. While it is a USB charger and not a battery, the charge lasts a long time - week 5 of 40+ hours a week and it still has a good charge.

It took about a half a day to get used to the posture of this mouse as compared to a regular mouse. But once I got used to it, it has been great. Would definitely recommend it for anyone looking for more comfort when using a mouse.

Not MX-level of utility or quality. Cheaper feeling clicks and scroll. No gesture button like the MX Masters.

This mouse really does work! My wrist pain has subsided and I’m able to work a lot more without having these pains that accumulate over time. I highly recommend it.

Easy to use, customizable, so much better for my wrist and hand.

at first i thought i would hate this mouse but after using it i love it, i actually prefer it to the regular mouse. only downside is the button to switch between devices is on the bottom which is annoying when if im trying to switch to the mac book, but if you download the Logitech program logioptons it letts swicth seamlessly

I bought this mouse because my hand would get tired after working long hours at the computer. It is far more comfortable than a traditional mouse and I no longer have problems! The fact that it is rechargeable is a huge bonus, although I have yet to see how long the charge lasts. Incredible quality, comfort and responsiveness, and the range is also excellent. Highly recommend if you have the money to invest in a new mouse.
