Takes a little to get used to since I’ve been used to the average mouse for years. Works fine and at a good distance.

I dont like how it feels on my shoulder. However, if you have a table where you can rest your entire forearm you should be fine, you should not feel some shoulde strain. I would use this to have a break from the conventional design.
