My wrist doesn't take as much stress, although, it does take some getting used to and sometimes when I move the mouse, I sometimes miss the target. You need to the rest the hand like if you're writing. There is the back button that is a further up than my thumb, but other than that, it's a pretty good mouse. I have a month with it.

I have trouble with a regular mouse and this one fits fine. I highly recommend it.

My wife complains about wrist pain from using a regular mouse, so we tried this vertical mouse. The vertical angle does help reduce strain a bit. But The Bluetooth connection has proved to be quite flaky on Windows 10. That could be Windows fault, but I suspect the Logitech driver may also contribute to the problem. Still, for a hundred bucks, you would think it could keep a solid Bluetooth connection.

I really liked the feel of this mouse. It had a great texture which helped with grip and the vertical design eases wrist strain. It also comes with handy back/forward buttons which work wonders if you utilize a lot of webpages. However, I mainly returned this because my pinky, along with the side of my palm kept rubbing on the desk/pad. I ended up exchanging it with another brand.
