The Logitech MX Vertical is a total game-changer for comfort and productivity. I like this mouse because it looks good and helps my hand to not hurt. Having a rechargable battery is a feature i didnt knowni would line so much, but not having to replace batteries is so nice. I dont like that the scroll wheel doesnt have side to aide scroll options. That is a surprising exclusion. Also, the doi setting doesnt have an indictor to late me know what dpi i have set. I like that i can connect to multiple devices at once via bluetooth and toggle between them using the button on the bottom.

As someone who works more than 8 hours a day with computers, and even needs a computer too for hobby, my hand and wrist started to ache with pain. Read online several recommendations to using a vertical mouse. Given I have always been happy with Logitech products, I chose this one. After little under a week of use, the strain in my wrist and hand have diminished. This mouse is very comfortable for my small hand. It has a nice handy paring for up to 3 devices, that can be easily switched with a button press. It also comes with an usb receiver in case your device doesn't have bluetooth or can't recognized the mouses' signal. It works perfectly with my macbook pro 2018, and my iPad Pro 9.7" (post iOS 13 for bluetooth mouse compatibility), without need of the usb receiver. It comes with a handy usb-a to usb-c cord for wired use and charging its internal battery. Yes it has usb-c port.

The mouse is absolutely fantastic excellent smooth function and the hand position created by the design provides serious relief to my elbow and wrist. The mouse has an integrated rechargeable battery and a USB to micro-usb Cable which enables charging. Overall extremely satisfied with the purchase!

Excellent mouse, it does help the overall wrist ergonomics while in use.

I've only been using this a few days and I felt the need for a quick review. I work at my computer for 8 to 9 hours per day and I'd developed severe wrist pain and discomfort. Had all the classic signs of rsi or ct. Within 24hrs of using this my pain has almost completely subsided. I'm a heavy pc gamer as well and this mouse has also replaced my G305 gaming mouse without any issue. It took a minute to get used to the movement but once that was conquered, this mouse is amazing. Pair it with the ERGO K860 keyboard and you are all set. (you also only need to use 1 usb dongle if you pair these)

I've had this mouse for two years now and I can't rave about it enough. Really truly helped with my wrist pain at work. The charge lasts ages and is a common USB type c charger. Highly recommend. I have a cheapy knock off for my home computer and it drives me nuts. Just spend the money on the nice product and enjoy it.

Overall, a great ergonomic option for a mouse. It's not too complicated to figure out as far as options and settings. Smooth movement and comfortable handling. My only issue with the design is the area where the palm rests. Where the mouse fans out in the thumb would have made more sense in the opposite area where the palm is. I find my hand slipping to the table without realizing it and the side of my palm on the table; over time this can feel uncomfortable. When I'm conscious of my hand position it doesn't prove to be an issue, and hasn't been over time as I get used to it. If you can try it out in person at a store or otherwise I'd give it a go. Since I personally have issues with regular mice, I've stuck with it and have grown accustomed to it and it is a great mouse for anyone trying to avoid pain issues.

My son loves this mouse. He needed a more ergonomic mouse and this is it!

Use case: 1) Improve ergonomics of home office (purchased with Logitech - ERGO K860 Ergonomic Split Bluetooth or USB Keyboard) Pros: 1) Sturdy scroll wheel/middle mouse button (had a previous, less expensive vertical mouse have its scroll wheel brreak) 2) Relieved wrist pain 3) Rechargeable battery, charges via USB C (very quickly) Cons: -- non observed -- Neutral: 1) If charging with a cable connected to a computer, mouse inputs go to that computer. I'm not sure if there's a way to do this otherwise, but this caught me off guard at first. 2) The input selection feature is on the under side so need to flip the mouse to access it. Minor inconvenience, not really a drawback unless you're needing to switch connections often. 3) Perhaps not for everyone, but I recommend giving it a try.

I usually don't buy Logitech as I'm a Corsair guy but I have a soft spot for the odd. The weird angle that the mouse sits at got me curious enough to try it. Within an hour I was hooked on it. It feels so natural and I'm not sure why they never designed anything comparable up till now. I haven't tried gaming with it yet but I'm sure that will come later. The battery life is excellent and installation was very simple. I tried my Corsair Scimitar after and the difference was night and day. I highly recommend this mouse!!

My work requires me to use the computer all day every day for 8+ hours straight. Needless to say, my hands and wrists get stiff and tired which has only gotten worse over time. It started getting really bad so I started looking into ergonomic keyboard and mouse options and came upon this mouse from Logitech. Honestly, I cannot be happier with this product. Yes, it's pricey, but I'm 100% sure that treating full-blown carpal tunnel syndrome would be way more costly. It takes some getting used to at first, but it becomes second nature and, most importantly, it helps tremendously. My hands and wrists are nowhere as tired nor stiff after work anymore which is exactly what I needed.

a unique and different style mouse, but don't let that hold you back from getting it. this mouse causes less fatigue and is easy to get used to. you can switch between 3 devices

I'm petite, and came from a Logitech MX Master 2S (one of my favorite mice ever). If it wasn't for ergonomics due to hand / arm pain, I'd still be using that mouse. I ended up switching and though it's not 100% (ergonomics are personal), with other adjustments to my setup I notice a difference in reducing my thumb and finger pain. It's my first vertical mouse and surprisingly the adjustment period was quite short. From a pure mouse perspective, it's not as good as the MX Master 2S because there aren't as many buttons, no infinite scroll, and the build quality is high but not excellent. For ergonomics' sake this works well, fits in my hand comfortably, and I trust it to last for years. If there was a premium version though, I'd definitely opt for it, but this will work well for most users.

AWESOME ergonomic mouse! I bought this some time ago to use with my work laptop. I'd been having pain in my wrist and hand from using a traditional mouse, but using this mouse had made those pains disappear. This device is one of the best investments I've ever made! It was easy to set up and use (even on Windows!) and it keeps its software up to date. It even notifies you when the battery is getting low, which is not often.

I have read A LOT of reviews from everywhere (including Amazon) about this particular mouse! And I seriously think a lot of these reviews don’t do much justice to this mouse! And I seriously was confused for quite a long time whether I should get this mouse or not. I have a pretty bad carpal tunnel, and I have a pretty small hands, and I am a graphic designer ... so mouse is important for me! I have a small woman hands, and I normally use children’s gloves. The length of my hand (from the top of my middle finger to the inside of my palm) is about 6.5 inches, and the width of my hands (if I open it widely) is about 5 inches. Previously I have tried the vertical mouse from “Anker”, which works but I found that the mouse isn’t sensitive enough, and most of the time it doesn’t quite working... in the end I ended up using the trackpad than the vertical mouse from Anker. A lot of reviews of this vertical mouse from Logitech said that it isn’t suitable for small hands, and that it won’t work for small hands! I seriously don’t know what are they talking about! Once I received the mouse I tried it and it feels so good, it feels perfect in my small hands. I even went further to make my hands smaller and pretend that I had a shorter/smaller hands, all the buttons still work perfectly. I think even small children can use this mouse. It works beautifully, pretty sensitive, feels very comfortable on my hands, and it has all the buttons that you can customized. In short, this is the BEST mouse I have ever had in my life. I always think $100 for a mouse is a highway robbery, but I don’t regret it for this mouse! I think it’s worth it! Very much worth the price! But because this is a vertical mouse, you don’t use it the same way as the normal mouse. I suspect that all the negative reviews regarding it isn’t suitable for the small hands is because they don’t use the mouse correctly. Because at least in my experience, it works even if you have a children or toddler hands. I hope this helps people not to get confuse, and try this mouse! This is the BEST mouse I have ever had in my life! Oh, and I got this from BestBuy online... and it arrives so quickly.. in within a day or two. Amazing! I was surprised and delighted!

Whoever came up with this design deserve a Medal. I first saw it at work from a co-worker... he was trying it for his carpal tunnel issues from working a lot in computer and using the flat or horizontal mice...anyway I run to buy it the price was discounted at 80.00 originally 99.00... and as soon as I staring using it I felt a normal and relax support of my hand and the scrolling and sliding of the entire mouse was so smooth and easy. This is an Item that for me was a treasure find. I recommend this if you have issues with mice and uncomfort with your hands... Definitely a great new mouse (I bought an additional for my home use) , light and also come with it own driver that once installed can be modified for your personal setting and sensitivity. Even though I have smaller hands, I found this larger version much easier to use than the smaller one. The vertical mouse concept really helped with the pain in my hand from all-day computer use. With the smaller vertical mouse, I found that I was accidentally clicking causing issues with my work. The larger unit worked extremely well for me. Also, it's a pleasure not to have to recharge the device every few days. The larger mouse battery is claimed to last for months or even up to a year. Very nice.
