Weight was excellent, and ergonomically this was the best mouse for my arm and wrist. However, the front/back buttons are aligned with the left-click button such that I when I left-clicked I was often inadvertently pushing both buttons. Even at $90 I wanted to like this mouse, but I can’t recommend it.

I spent most of my time on the computer for work. This mouse is great. It does feel a little different at the beginning but you get used to it fast. The mouse pairs to three different devices. I use it on my Desktop, Laptop, and tablet.

The ergonomics are top-notch. I've never used anything but a standard mouse before and after only a couple hours of usage, I became accustomed to it. The way your arm and wrist rests is much more natural and causes a lot less strain with this mouse than other mice.

The vertical mouse does take some getting used to. if you stand up and type its perfect. getting used to using the scroll wheel with the vertical mouse. But this is a good product for those who need the wrist turn for stability / carpel tunnel

Very comfortable for longer use. Felt natural from the beginning -- did not need time to get use to it. Drastically reduced the fatigue in my right forearm due to extended computer mouse use.

My wrist had been killing me due to the constant use from having to work from home 8-10 hrs a day. I had a Razr Naga, but I started getting sharp pains on the right side of my wrist. This did the trick. No more wrist pain! It's also very smooth. 100% recommended!

this is a great a mouse and very comfortable for all day. I have big hands, and use a computer most of the day. It really does a great job and let's your hand stay in a natural position turned clockwise to the right with the right side of your palm on the desktop.

Logitech - MX Vertical Advanced Wireless Optical Mouse with Ergonomic design - Graphite is probably the most comfortable mouse for avoiding wrist pain, you need a couple of days to get used to it but you won't get back to an horizontal mouse never again

I like the new angle, but takes some getting use too. I find if I blindly reach over or my mouse I will knock it over since the height of is is much more then a traditional mouse. It is much better quality over the 19.00 mice you can buy so was a good investment, just will take time

On my first day I notice the strain on my wrist went away. It only took one day to get use to the mouse. 2 programmable buttons a plus. You can use it up to 3 devices and switch between them in seconds. I use it for 8 hours a day. Definitely recommend it for anyone with wrist pain.

This mouse is very comfortable to use. However I do with it was slightly smaller, or that there was a smaller version. As a female with average size hands (I wear a medium size glove) the bonus thumb buttons aren't within easy reach, but I don't use them frequently.

When I had transitioned to WAH it was a bit more strain on my wrist and back with my current setup. This mouse has eliminated the wrist pain and discomfort. Its rechargeable, comfortable, responsive, and infinitely configurable. Well worth the money.
