I love this mouse. Very comfortable! It's perfect for me because I use PC and Mac, and this mouse can switch between both.

Mouse not suitable for smaller hands

I like that this mouse glides very smoothly, but don't like the rubbery texture. My fingers can reach the left and right click buttons, but in order to reach the scroll button, I have to grasp the mouse at the top with my palm down like a regular mouse, so this doesn't work for me as a vertical mouse. Conclusion: This mouse is too big for my hand which measures 7" in length from the tip of my longest finger to the base of my palm.

      Hi Camo,
Sorry to hear that your MX Vertical Wireless Optical Mouse isn't the right fit. We are always looking for ways to improve our products, so we appreciate your review. Sometimes when switching to 100% ergonomic mice, there is an adjustment phase. However, if you are past that and it doesn't fit right perhaps another mouse would be better for you, like our Ergo Plus which has similar features, but a completely different design with full palm support. I hope this information was helpful. If you ever have additional feedback or questions regarding Logitech products, feel free to visit https://support.logi.com/hc/en-us Thanks, -Logitech

Battery had to be recharged in the first month so that’s a definite downside but other than that it’s great

Design is clever and feels right it just doesn’t work that well It has to be moved all over the desk which means I have to relocate the keyboard

Featured as putting the hand in a more ergonomic position that I feel it does. It does give me less control than I get with a regular mouse, but that could just be me.

Works very well BUT I found it positioned my hand differently than one I usually used and was not comfortable if doing a great deal of research requiring me to use continually

The Mouse has a good ergonomic feel which takes the stress off my wrist, but it frequently drops the Bluetooth connection to my computer. Very frustrating.

Only drawback is you can’t change between devices without flipping the mouse over. It would’ve been nice to be able to change on the fly.

This mouse is NOT Mac Compatible

You cannot imagine how much it grieves me to have to resign myself to the fact that Logitech is abandoning the Apple platform. I have tried all the MX series (2, 2S, 3 and the MX Vertical, my personal favorite). They simply WILL NOT work properly with the Big Sur version of the Mac OS. I used my MX Vertical swimmingly for over a year until Big Sur came out. At that point I began to get periodic episodes of rogue behavior from first one, then another MX series mouse. They will zoom the screen in and out randomly. They will bounce the cursor around wildly. These behaviors all make it impossible to select anything on the screen. Logitech admits in an article on their website that they are only providing limited support for Big Sur and that it will end in early 2021. I suppose they are having difficulty getting cooperation from Apple (why should they be different, right?). The net result of this is I have to go back to a flat mouse (which aggravates my carpal tunnel tendencies) made by Apple or I can't use my computer reliably AT ALL. I wish it were not true but it is.

Hello. Thank you for taking the time to write your review of the MX Vertical Mouse. I'm sorry you're having issues using the mouse with MacOS11 Big Sur. Do you have the latest version of Logitech Options installed on your Mac? The MacOS11 version came out in December. This will give you all of the customization and features the MX Series is famous for. You can find it here: https://support.logi.com/hc/en-us/articles/360025297893
