I still have questions that would help me to get more out of it but they should pay me just for trying customer service. Too much time & frustration!

Owned for 1 year when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.It's a great shape, but the rubber "foot" runs the full circumference of the mouse bottom, and even when I keep my desk surface clean, and the mouse bottom clean, or use a mousepad, the mouse is very draggy along the surface due to all that rubber.

This could be a very cool thing, but if they are gonna do all that promotion and research for this (according to their site), it is hard to imagine that didn't come up. I'd be happier if it had a platform to rest that finger on. Anyway, returned it. 3 stars cuz it likely is fine for others, I'm just a big baby lol
