Customers are saying

Customers admire the product's excellent ergonomics, which many find alleviate wrist pain, alongside its ease of use, legendary battery life, and reliable overall performance. Its lightweight design and Bluetooth connectivity are also frequently praised. However, some users note that its size might be too large for those with medium hands, and there are concerns about the scroll wheel's durability and the product's high price.

I wanted to try something different when I bought this, and for the most part, I do like it; however, there are times that it drives me crazy, or I knock it over when reaching back for it to use. As far as how it works, it works great, but the design itself is not for everyone. If you have trouble with your wrists or need something that keeps your hand at this angle, this is the perfect product for you. If you are used to a more traditional mouse or magic pad, it will take some getting used to. Overall, a great product that I would recomend.

I can't recommend this mouse enough. Picture this, I'm a 25 with a desk job and I'm already having pain in the hand I use my mouse with... I knew instantly I needed an ergonomic mouse otherwise I'd be screwed. The comfort, ease and versatility of this mouse is worth the value! It takes a few days to get used to.. but again it's worth it.

little efforts needed to move the cursor which makes it less straining on the wrist. doesn't need too much time to get used to the hand position. a bit pricey, tho, due to the brand name

Great mouse, I love the reaction this mouse gets from folks who have never seen it before. it feels great and promotes a gentle grip and feel when holding the mouse. I never feel any tension in my hands. Pro: Battery life is superb, very ergonomic, and feels great. Con: this is a big one for me. the transition buttons should not be at the bottom of the mouse, it should be somewhere up top where you can easily access them without having to pick up the mouse.

Great mouse for comfort, with an odd issue...

This mouse is made to combat problems associated with Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, and it does that well by tilting the hand into a more natural handshake position. It requires a little retraining to get used to moving the mouse with some different muscles, but that only takes about 10-15 minutes. The odd issue is that it is taller, and if you have a sliding shelf that your keyboard and mouse sit on, it will probably be too tall to fit on the shelf when you close it. Also, I repeatedly knock the mouse off the keyboard shelf by accident because it is taller (I must be gesturing when talking to others in the office or something...).

Excellent mouse, I now have one at home and at the office. Much more natural hand position. Took me about 30 minutes to get used to, now regular mice are awkward. Only thing is that sometime is knock it over when I go to grab it after typing, but that basically went away after a couple of weeks.

Definitely comfortable! Worth every penny. I have been teleworking for about 4yrs. I can say didn’t realize how relaxing it would be to actually turn the hand mouse. With my other standard wireless mouse I can tell that there was some minor strain after many hours of work. However, when switching to the new mouse it truly was effortless, no strain or discomfort. It’s extremely responsive and I have not charged it since the day I got it and charged it on 9/8. So far the battery is great and the option to use USB is a good backup in the event the battery dies die.

Let's start by saying it's a great quality overall mouse. Once you get used the position of your hand it will feel very natural. I have had a normal mouse in my hand almost everyday for the past 20 years and after a few weeks it became natural. For the first few months I was going back and forth between both my normal mouse and this vertical mouse because of the wrist/forearm pain but now exclusively use this vertical mouse. Also I have a cheaper unknown brand for my laptop when I travel and it doesn't feel the same. I will eventually have to buy another one when it goes on sale.

Feels great in hand. The angle chosen for this mouse helps my carpel tunnel syndrome even after surgery. Missing the free spin wheel of the MX Master I had used previously but getting used to it. The thumb buttons are a little awkward since the action of pushing the button is opposed by the opposite side and often results in a right click of the mouse. I have it set for zoom-in / out which is handy. I wish Logitech would resurrect the charging base to allow constant charging. The battery life is amazing but when needed you have to find your USB-C cable and hook it up. Not an easy task in a messy office. In general a good purchase but not perfect. I'll wave the cons for the relief for my hand.

I have carpal tunnel. I also have my first job outside the home in 15 years. The first month of work was brutal on my wrists. I did a little shopping online and found that the mouses (mice?) that I was buying were too light to feel control. I ended up returning 2 mice before deciding to spend the money on this one. It has been everything! Perfect size and weight. My wrist is at the perfect angle for all the incessant clicking I do on a daily. I am very pleased with my purchsse.

love it! wrist pain is gone after switching to the MX Vertical mouse. It somehow forced me to use my entire forearm to reduce pressure on the wrist joint. Battery lasted more than two weeks (10hrs/day office work) straight out of the box. Cons: When battery drained there was no warning. Provided charging able is only 4 ft; too short for my setup. It actually took me some time to get used to a regular mouse when switching back, as the left-click action on flat land now seemed weird.

Great mouse and is ergonomically good for your health. It has nice features such as a smooth glide on the bottom and quick and easy sensitivity adjustment through the top button. Only thing is it is a bit large for average to small sized hands (I am a 24 y.o. woman with typically sized hands) and so although it's not uncomfortable to use, it is too difficult to move it as seamlessly as I'd like for tasks such as pixel art (which requires speed+precision simultaneously).

This thing is light, SUPER comfortable, and can be programmed to work wirelessly with three different devices through a combination of Bluetooth or RF USB receiver. A fourth device can be used wired when plugged in via USB, though this prevents you from using the wireless connections until you unplug the USB cable. I do wish the device selection button was on top of the mouse (like the Dell mouse sold elsewhere on Best Buy). The price is steep, but when your health takes priority, it ends up being worth it.

The quality of the item is great it feels solid in my hand and the textures are high quality as well. I use the computer A LOT, literally all day. I'm a content creative and software engineer so I've tried a few different ergonomic mouse options and rather than buying a $25 one from amazon AGAIN, I decided to fork up some cash for a 'decent' one. The battery life is phenomenal, I can't remember the last time I charged this thing. It's a great mouse... when it works. I use a Mac, and I basically have to keep the software it comes with open because every now and then, it just stops working randomly. Not sure why. I've noticed sometimes it happens when I open an application, sometimes, in the middle of scrolling. Just whenever it feels the need to totally send me into a rage. The scroll wheel will just stop sending a signal to the screen. It happened yesterday, right before I was going to leave this same review, but then I decided 'let me try updating the software before I blast this thing online.' So I did, and it started working again, but guess what happened the very next day? Yep, which is why I'm here now warning others of this frustration. Maybe on Windows, it doesn't happen, but on Mac, you will receive the joy of having to restart your machine in the middle of whatever you're doing because the mouse just stops working. Yay!

The Logitech MX Vertical mouse was a life saver for me. The muscles in my forearm were getting very sore and affecting my ability to use a mouse every day for work. I tried a compression sleeve around my elbow and forearm, but it never really helped much. I found this Logitech mouse and decided to try it, and I'm very glad I did. After several days of use, I could feel my forearm muscles starting to relax, the soreness was starting to reduce. After a week of use, most of the soreness was gone. Being a vertical mouse, it took a bit to get used to, but once I did, I couldn't go back to a regular mouse. When using this mouse, your hand sits in a more natural position, allowing your forearm muscles to be used in a more relaxed state and not always twisted to one side like they are when using a regular mouse. While it's a bit more expensive than other mice, the MX Vertical mouse is well worth the money. I have one for my work computer and my personal computer, and won't go back to a regular mouse ever again.

I have enjoyed using the Logitech MX Vertical mouse over the last 4 years. I finally wore out the left mouse button and had to replace it with the same product. The battery lasts for over a month on a charge and it is so comfortable to use on a daily basis for 8+ hours a day. For smaller hands, there is a new model (LIFT VERTICAL ERGONOMIC MOUSE) but this model (MX Vertical Advanced) is perfect for me.

As someone who spends a lot of time editing, my hand was starting to cramp. After getting this, clicking has never been more comfy. I can be more productive now. The battery lasts pretty long too, I say with a lot of use on average I charge every month or so. I also like that you can connect it to up to 3 devices at the same time. Great mouse.
