Noticed wrist and elbow strain reduction within 30 minutes of using it, and got used to using it within that same time frame. I wouldn’t game with it, but for work, it’s perfect.

I absolutely love this mouse. It took me about a day to get used to it. But now I find it so comfortable to use. Its ability to pair with 3 different devices comes in very handy as well, especially with working from home. I'm able to keep my workspace clean by only have one mouse that controlls them all.

    But for the scroll wheel....

Relative to a (much cheaper) Anker vertical mouse the Logitech has a nicer feel due to the "soft touch" material and it keeps your hand farther up, off the desk. This minimizes your wrist, and to a lesser extent bottom edge of your right hand from dragging on the desk. Is somewhat more "vertical" than the Anker. Good thing. Buttons are somewhat easier to click. Suppose that's more of a personal preference thing - they weren't HARD to click on the Anker, and not too easy to click on the Logitech that you will be doing so accidentally. That said the scroll wheel is awful. Feels cheap. Just lifting your finger from it will draw it away from the base and make cheap clunking sounds. WAY too loose when scrolling. Next to impossible to click without it scrolling first. For the price really unforgivable but it excels 8n the other ways mentioned, and as rarely as I need to use the scroll wheel as a button it's worth keeping. Would I recommend it? Not sure.

Most comfortable Vertical Mouse so far

I’ve only had this mouse for a little while, but so far it’s my favorite vertical mouse. It feels premium and my wrist doesn’t hurt as much when I use it properly. This is the first mouse that’s tall enough to fit my entire hand. The connection options are great since I use it on several different devices. I feel it was worth the price.

So far the mouse is good to use. I had a similar ergonomic one with a track ball but that kept getting fuzz stuck in it. This mouse is a little slippery to the touch but overall pretty convenient to use.

This thing is so awesome. The wrist and shoulder was gone in a week vs the traditional mouse, it takes a couple of hours to get used to but you will never go back. Get the rechargeable battery one, you charge it once a week for a 1/2 hr.

For years I wanted to purchase this product since I use my computers quite a bit. Finally, it was on sale and I pulled the trigger. It is everything I hoped it would be. It can be paired to 3 devices, but the big plus is the comfort. My wrist feels much better and I don't have to move the mouse as much to navigate the screens. You truly get what you pay for, and I'm glad I did.

If you already know you prefer a vertical mouse, this may be a 5-star product. The position is comfortable, the connection is flawless, and the buttons are easy to press. On the other hand, if you are like me and just trying this out to see if you like it better, you may not like it. Initially I found the handshake position to be quite comfortable. However, there are a few drawbacks. One is, when you press/click a button there is a tendency for the mouse to move. You have to learn to use your thumb to balance the clicking force (2nd or 3rd finger) when clicking. Second, the mouse sticks up much higher from the desktop, so I find myself bumping it on occasion when I reach across the desk for something. Overall, I am not sure what problem this is trying to solve. I think it will come down to personal preference for you.

Fits my hand nicely and takes all the pressure off my wrist. The only tricky part about using it is going from the number pad on a keyboard to the mouse, where I'd normally just move my hand right, instead of rotating it quickly. It gets a 4 stars instead of 5 because the mouse wheel doesn't unlock like other MX Mouses, but the quality and ergonomics is still there. Regardless, it's still worth it.

Very comfortable to use. I really liked the variable speed feature which is easy to change without pausing or changing grip. The 'handshake grip did not cause wrist problems. I had bought a semi vertical mouse previously, this is even better. Downside is expense, but worth it if you have use a mouse for prolonged periods or have wrist problems with a traditional mouse

This mouse reduces the strain on your wrist by positioning the mouse controls in a more upright position, so that your hand is in a handshaking position. It takes some getting used to and you won't be able to use this with your left hand, but you'll notice that your wrist won't hurt as much, which is a great trade-off.

This is a great mouse! I really like the configuration and the overall usability. It takes very little movement to cover 3 screens and with a mousepad that includes a padded rest it is very comfortable to use. The top button that changes the speed of the mouse allows one to easily change the movement.

    Best Ergonomic Mouse

I played around with a number of vertical mice. This is definitely the best. The grip is textured so the mouse does not slide out of your hand. I can use the mouse on multiple computers (3 max)- so I only needed one. Easy to install/setup. I went back and bought two more to give to my adult kids for ergonomics. Wish it existed when I was starting out at work. Worth the price. Only drawback is there is no place on the mouse to store the small USB wireless attachment if you need to - but that isn't critical to me.

Lack of Free-Spinning Wheel is Almost a Deal Break

The mouse itself is OK, but it takes some time to get used to holding the mouse a different way. My biggest complaint, however, is the mouse wheel. I expected a free-spinning mouse wheel like all other MX mice, but it is surprisingly absent in this model. If it had the free-spinning wheel, I'd rate it a 4 to 5.

My carpel tunnel was really aggravated. Did some research and picked up this mouse. Took a little getting used to, but works very well. Had for a couple months and able to work and do simple PC gaming without pain. Probably not qualified to be a gaming mouse, but for regular use it works great.

I love this mouse. This is by far one of the best mouses i've bought in the past 15 years. I've had difficulties finding a mouse that can adequately fit my hands without it making me look like a giant - this is the one. It feels great in the hand, alleviates the wrist pain you get with most mice, has an amazing battery life, great software and is easy to set up. It's more of a productivity mouse, like for office work and basic online scrolling - but surprisingly it can handle some games like sim games (cities skylines, minecraft). It's not the best for other type of games - but it's possible to use so. I strongly recommend you get this version of the mouse versus the lift vertical if you have bigger hands - the other one is cheaper quality and smaller. Do yourself a favor and go to Best Buy and try it before you buy it of course.
