Customers are saying

Customers admire the product's excellent ergonomics, which many find alleviate wrist pain, alongside its ease of use, legendary battery life, and reliable overall performance. Its lightweight design and Bluetooth connectivity are also frequently praised. However, some users note that its size might be too large for those with medium hands, and there are concerns about the scroll wheel's durability and the product's high price.

My fiancee and I both WFH and started noticing our wrists/hands becoming increasingly more sore. We stopped by besg buy to check out their ergonomic mouses and walked out with the last two on the shelf! After using it for a day we noticed a difference immediately, the pain is practically gone! Theres no lag and it fits perfectly in my hand. Ill definitely buy again. The only con I can think of is the fact that theres no place on the mous to store the 2.4 connector

Hey! That's fantastic to hear! We're so glad the MX Vertical ergonomic mouse helped reduce your wrist pain and improve your comfort while working from home. Ergonomics are so important, and it's great to hear you noticing a difference right away. Thanks for the feedback about the 2.4 GHz connector storage - that's a helpful point for future design considerations.

I really enjoy using this mouse. The ergonomic shape of it enables my natural handgrip and gives much relief to my carpal tunnel syndrome. Although it looks a bit big and heavy, it glides on a mouse pad without much effort. Highly recommend it.

Helped eliminate wrist pain from using a regular mouse (previously had the Logitech Marathon). Build quality could be better for the scroll wheel and could use some more buttons, but it’s a solid choice in a limited universe of vertical mice.

    Great Mouse with Comfortable Grip

All in all, this mouse is comfortable to hold for an extended period of time. The battery durability is great, I use it for at least 8 - 10 hours a day but it lasted for maybe more than 3 weeks. The price of this mouse is definitely on the high end, though I think it is worthwhile.

For my first "ergonomic" mouse its good but could be better. The good is that it doesn't hurt my wrist like regular mouse's....mice? Anyway, but it does lack in complete comfort because the weight of my hand makes it want to slide down and my index is no longer on the button so after a bit of use my hand gets "tired" or slightly uncomfortable. I figured out if I hold it wrong by placing my fist knuckle of my index up on the corner of the spine over the button then my relaxed weight doesnt slide off the main buttons. Maybe a slight redesign on 2.0 should be in order.

Ergonomic mouse, a little unconvential hand placement compared to the traditional mouses. It might take a little time to get the hand adjusted to the mouse especially dragging and right clicks. It easily pairs via blue tooth. Please be wary of the charging USB C cable in the box which is sometimes overlooked when the box is tossed away

This is my second purchase of this vertical mouse, which, this time around, was for non-work related use. I find that it reduces stress on the forefinger and surrounding knuckle area when performing repetitive tasks (reducing likelihood or pain related carpal tunnel syndrome). It’s able to connect with no issues to Apple Macs and iPads, Windows based PCs and laptops, as well as Sony TVs, and I do like that it uses USB C charging. It seems to not be as effective on glass surfaces such as a glass table top, but works fine otherwise. (For work, I use the original unit that I purchased with an old Wacom tablet as a base, and for non-work, I simply use this second unit with a wooden surface as a base.)

Very happy with this mouse. I particularly like that you can customize the speed of the pointer and move between screens with ease. You will not want to go back to a regular mouse after you’ve used it. My wrist no longer aches after a full day’s work.

I really like this mouse. The ability to use it on multiple devices at the same time is a really great feature. That combined with the "vertical" - really a mouse on its side - orientation makes it really comfortable to use over long periods of time.

I had been using the MX master, and was getting a sore wrist from extended use (99.99% of my work is computer based). I decided the get the ergonomic mouse. It is worth it in terms of feel & ergonomic, but it does not have the same scrolling features as the MX Master, which I miss.

If it keeps working well I'll be very happy with this mouse. I bought two of this model a couple of years ago and was very pleased with them - until after over a year when they started not working so well. One quit completely which is why I bought this one. The other still works but often when I click on something it doesn't work, or acts as though I clicked on a different spot, which is very annoying but not yet bad enough that I'm ready to pay for another one yet (I use one at work, one at home). I'm giving the new one 4 four stars for now, since it's a great mouse as long as it works.

My husband loves this mouse. He said is very easy on his wrist and easy to use. The only 2 features he misses is the ability to unlock the scroll thing for scrolling on large pages, and the ability to scroll left or right with the scroller.
