I think that my only complaint is that each mouse has a unique USB dongle, so I have to make sure to have the right one and not the wrongle when I need to work. It's expensive, but it's worth every penny to not have a sore wrist at the end of the day.

On a daily basis I am transitioning between 3 laptops so I thought this mouse would be perfect. The let down the button to switch devices is at the bottom of the mouse. So inconvenient. I have carpal tunnel and the mouse does not cause strain on my wrist so I can appreciate that.

I haven’t time to come to store and was unsuccessful getting a credit on the app. I did discuss via chat but thought I would make it to store to work it out. It is also the second one I have purchased. I work in IT, and I am at my computer for 8 hours plus 5 days a week. Using this mouse and a wrist pad, my hand never cramps or gets tired. When I have to use my travel mouse, I end up just using the mouse pad because my hand and wrist start to hurt.

Best Mouse Ever

I bought one of these in 2016 and I have been using them ever since. I just replaced the first one I bought seven years later. Definitely would recommend.

I have been experiencing carpal tunnel and while the ergonomic keyboard helped, I noticed my arm was aggravated clicking the mouse (which is constantly!). Just the simple change of my arm being in a more natural position when clicking the mouse has helped the twinges of pain immensely. A little time getting used to it, but now like second nature to use.

It relieves all strain and pain, works on my sofa side fabric, has many control options. Plus it feels like you are piloting the Space Shuttle. I bought one for my office as well. Cant recommend it enough.

Best mouse ever!

Granted, I could have just bought a new dongle but I opted to get a new mouse instead. I'm extremely glad I did! Using it is so seemless... not to mention there are three different ways to connect. I absolutely love it!

For anyone not used to using ergonomic mice, it may take some getting used to but totally worth it. A little jumpy when using via Bluetooth but plug in the dongle and it works flawlessly. I used a Microsoft Natural mouse for years and it started wearing out physically. Purchased a cheap ergonomic mouse and it was not so smooth. Shelled out the extra money for this one and was totally worth it.

I've been using it for about a month. I no longer feel the pain that came with using a normal mouse. It did take some adjusting but it was totally worthwhile.
