Just got it today. I use computer a lot at work so I was trying to find a way to reduce the strain on my wrist. At first, it did feel a little strange getting used to the verticality of the mouse. However, as time passed on, I got more and more used to it and now I feel good using it. It took me maybe 1 hour or so. I like the sleek design also.

It is really neat and helps my armbut a bit hard to get used to.

i love everything about this mouse.* it's my go-to. if i could afford to buy one for every room in my house and office i would lol this mouse was revolutionary in helping me with carpal tunnel pain, and i love that you can customize the controls based on what app you're using. *i do actually wish it had a horizontal scroll

I was developing carpel tunnel symptoms from using a gaming mouse for work/school duties. This mouse completely took away the pain in my fingers and hand. This mouse changed everything for me. I thought the odd shape would be hard to work with but it has been a dream! Instant relief.

I have had chronic shoulder pain for over 8 months. The orthopedic doctor recommended using a vertical mouse so that my arm and shoulder were in a natural position. Within a week m my pain has decreased significantly.

I knew switching to a vertical mouse was going to be an adjustment from your standard flat mouse, horizontal? whatever. I was having wrist pain and thought this would help remedy. While holding the mouse I could feel my wrist settling better. Unfortunately I never felt like i had a strong grip on the mouse. I always felt like I was chasing it and having to push it back into my palm. I also felt less confident in my clicks, which is a weird thing to say/write but that's the best way i can describe it. It slowed me down at work so i returned it and bought regular mouse. The product worked fine but its not for me. If you have never had a vertical mouse i would try a cheaper option before buying this one.

Very convenient and ergonomic mouse! I've bought two, one for work and one for home.

I was very upset when my previous ergonomic mouse stopped working. But I like the Logitech MX Vertical Advanced mouse almost as much. It’s very comfortable to have my hand and wrist turned like this mouse does. I have experienced no pain while using the mouse. I highly recommend this mouse.

Although I was suffering from a bad case of sticker shock, I'm happy with my purchase. My hand is able to rest in a natural position which negates wrist strain. You can also use the Logitech software to adjust the mouse settings to your liking (love this feature). I gave it a 4 star rating because of the price. If you have tendinitis or carpal tunnel, this is for you.

An incredible mouse backed by incredible software makes this such a good purchase. I will admit it takes a while to get use to this orientation but once you do it is so much more comfortable than a normal mouse!

It is very comfortable to use. It took me a little bit to adjust to using a verticle mouse, but when I got used to it, it was comfy.

What can I say except this design is fabulous. Really changes the way you grip the mouse and the position of your forearm. I find that I have much more maneuverability. I considered this after experiencing hand and arm pain due to the time I need to spend on the computer. What a difference. The design has made work pain free for me.

This mouse fits my hand exactly. I've noticed less fatigue in my wrist and forearm after using it. It takes a bit to get used to the grip, but definitely worth it.

Logitech makes some great product. I use their iPad cases, keyboards, etc. Needed to replace my ergo mouse and although I was hesitant because of price, it has been well worth it. Mouse works amazingly well with Windows 10 and ergonomically superior to others. Also has some great software (optional) that improves the experience.

Love it! my wrist pain is gone. I would however make the switch screen button more accesible instead of at the bottom of the mouse

I love this thing! I wasn't sure if I would like it. I've been using a standard mouse for so long and thought it would take a long time to get used to. Not the case....very easy transition!
