It excels at office tasks and gaming with no noticeable lag in multi-player. My only complaint with this mouse is the size. It is too small for my hand. If you have large hands try the Microsoft ergo (ball shaped) mouse first. That is my home mouse while this one is my office mouse.

Once you get used to them they're great. I had an old cheap one I loved. The height that his particular mouse sat in my keyboard drawer caused me bad wrist pain. I had to return it. If my home setup was different I'd have kept it.

I am using it just for general internet use and file manipulation so cannot speak to use in graphic design. I bought the mouse to help with wrist/elbow pain. Can't tell yet if it is helping but things certainly are not getting worse. I would recommend this mouse for others.

Fits large hands and took just a day to get used to it. I use it for drafting and the only thing that's hard to get used to is taking your hand off to type commands in the keyboard. Keep knocking it over.

I was getting a lot of soreness and pain in my wrist from frequent mouse usage. Now that is gone thanks to switching to this mouse and the Logitech ergo keyboard. Now it’s the only mouse I’ll use.

Like the old trackball, It takes a little getting used to. I purchased this to help my shoulder impingement but had to return it because my hand was too small for it to sit comfortably. I also had trouble pairing it with another unifying usb and landed up using two unifiers for the same brand.

Some minor features I wish it had: like additional middle button instead of scroll wheel click and the stiffness of the mouse buttons is a little too much. Overall for the price point, it's a great mouse.

This mouse eliminated the issue I was having. I will say it took a few days to go from a "normal" mouse to this one comfortably but once I was used it it I don't give it a second thought. I would buy again as it has eliminated wrist and hand pain for me.

I have since recommended it to everyone who will listen and who works at a computer. I have developed carpal tunnel, and this mouse has reduced the cramping and spasms I was getting from work and now I can play computer games again.

The Anker mouse was nice but this is deluxe and I'm confident that it will stand the test of time. I also really like the connectivity options including USB-C, Bluetooth, and Logitech's unified receiver.
