Customers are saying

Customers have good things to say about the product's ergonomics, ease of use, and impressive battery life, noting its reliable overall performance, convenient Bluetooth connectivity, and lightweight design. However, some users have raised concerns about wrist pain, the product's size being too large for certain hand sizes, and the durability of the scroll wheel. Additionally, the high price is a notable drawback for some customers.

While at first the hand position feels a little weird, over time I've seen the benefits of the mouse position, no problems whatsoever with the Bluetooth connection. All good so far.

Needed a wireless mouse after thumb injury. This was recommended by OT. It does not stress out the hand as it holds the mouse in a natural position.

    Great supplement to MX Master

I have happily used the MX Master for years now, and have now transferred some of my mouse use time to the MX Vertical. It is a welcome relief for sore wrists and I look forward to continued use. You may need to adjust your use elevation (i.e. a slightly lower track table height) for comfort as I had to.

Good for the wrist but has an annoying habit of misaligned clicks. I noticed that whenever I click the mouse it tends to slide a bit off to the side with even slight pressure which makes it misclick quite a bit. Don’t hate it but don’t really love it either.

I have been using a vertical mouse for some time now as they are very comfortable to use. However I have issues with my mouse skipping and not moving accurately. Finally decided to get a Logitech Mx. A little more expensive but worth every dollar. Works perfectly.

Very good mouse, the angle feels great. I thought it was going to be difficult to adjust to the angle but it was not, just a few minutes and I didn't even notice

Great quality product. It takes some time to adjust to this new form factor. It is very responsive. I've tried it with different laptops, using both, the wireless adaptor of another Logitech mouse and Bluetooth. So far a solid product. Battery life is excellent.

Best mouse ever. And when used in conjunction with Logitech MX Keyboard and their Flow software, it enables completely automatic and seamless control of multiple computers with a single mouse/keyboard combo. Amazing. Also love the ergonomics of this.

Having MS and controlling a mouse while your hand is trembling is difficult. However I have found a solution with this vertical mouse. Much easier to control. With my hand in a much more comfortable position all my problems with previous mice are no longer a concern.

I have always had trouble with a normal mouse because of my arthritis, so I thought I would try this vertical one. What a difference. I love this mouse and can use it for hours without the pain of the old style. It is also very responsive and easy to use.

Feels great to use this mouse for long periods of time. The mouse stands a bit taller than a standard mouse profile so it doesn't fit in the keyboard drawer so I can slide the drawer closed, but that's easy to remedy by just setting the mouse on my desk when I close the drawer.

This is a great mouse for the price. The dpi switch and software are great and allow for complete customization of buttons and how you want dpi to be controlled. Scroll wheel has a great action and slides smoothly. Overall a great product.

This is a great mouse. It has helped with my wrist and hand pain. It takes a bit to get used to from using a traditional mouse, but now that I'm used to it I prefer it. Another quality Logitech product!

Yes, it looks weird. It felt weird at first, too, but now I hate using anything else. The vertical positioning is very comfortable, the mouse itself feels solid and has very good grip. I've now bought one for home and one for my office. Only downside is how expensive it is.

After researching reviews, I decided to order this mouse due to me having pain in my fingers. I was skeptical at first because I didn’t feel like it was enough support for my thumb but so far so good! No more pain in my fingers.

Not good to use if you have smaller hands. The vertical mouse hurt my wrists more than a regular mouse. Ended up returning after using for a few days. The price was too high for a lack of true comfort.

I bought this to try at the office because of a wrist condition. It helped significantly with carpal tunnel numbness. Very easy to get used too. I bought a second for home use. This should be how they are all made to prevent the strain from normal mice.
