    I really liked how responsive this mouse is, unfortunately it caused me pain because 1/4 of my wrist is still pressed against the desk, and it does require wrist bending to move the cursor. It's better than a traditional mouse, but not as good as the 3m ergonomic joystick mouse. Plus, the clicks were kind of loud.

    This mouse is built well, and I experienced absolutely no connectivity or communication issues via Bluetooth on my Mac. That being said, I've gone back to using my previous mouse. For me, I just couldn't get used to the "rest" of my wrist on this mouse. Now, I'm no stranger to vertical mice -- I use vertical mice exclusively, but the angle/pitch of this particular mouse I simply found uncomfortable for my uses. My wrist would drag across the mat surface, causing pain due to friction after a while. This is, of course, no fault of Logitech's nor is it a slight on the mouse. It's 100% personal preference!

    Scroll wheel broke after 6 months. They only offer a measly 30 day warranty so I'm out $100. There are other reviews that mention this, and tons of people online complaining about it, but no resolution from Logitech. Don't waste your money, don't roll the dice, it's not worth it!

    This vertical mouse will reduce hand, wrist and shoulder fatigue. been suing for a month and won't switch back. Love it. give it a try

    Good but shaky left click, drifting.

    Its been a month since I bought it. Loved this mouse at first. The left click is starting to get shaky like the click won't go through. I have to click several times to get it to go through and the left mouse click drifts left or right of where I'm trying to keypress. Maybe I just didn't get a good one idk.

    I tired it but kept reaching for it like a regular mouse. Maybe if it was the only mouse I used and spent more time but went back to a normal mouse.

    Left click button stopped working. Won't hold to move and drag a window consistently. Would also sometimes double click with a single click. Logitech support would not assist. Very disappointed in the brand and model.

    Might just be me, but it would only work consistently if wired which is not why I bought it. Bluetooth and universal adapter both required me to use my Apple mouse to get this one started after a restart or shutdown. Without the Apple mouse I would not have a mouse at all. I did like the feel of the MX Vertical so disappointed in the wireless issues.

You do have a 1 year limited warranty that you can claim to get a replacement sent to you.     Not the game changer it was said to be. I found myself in more pain using this mouse than my traditional one. I could never quite get comfortable with it in my hand. I gave the Vertical Advanced Wireless Optical Ergonomic a fair chance. Two years to be exact. But the performance was getting worse over time. It's a little glitchy, and the cursor was freezing constantly. I have since returned to my old reliable MX Master 2S.

    The idea behind this mouse is great, however I found this mouse to cause more hand cramping than a standard mouse. The item is built with quality but would not consider it helpful for ergonomics. Genuinely wanted to like it, but switched to the Logitech MX Master 3 instead.

    Fine initially but left button fails after 1 year

    The mouse worked great for just over 1 year. However, the left mouse button started having problems. When I click, hold and drag, the button seems to lose its connection so I don't get the full drag. Logitech suggest blowing air under the buttons but this hasn't done anything. After searching on the internet, I found lots of other users that have the same issue. After chatting with Logitech, they said they can't help since the mouse is out of warranty. I have purchased lots of Logitech devices in the past (mice, remotes, keyboards) but this may be my last purchase.

    Nice mouse / features, but doesn't work consistently. The left (main) button works intermittently. This makes it unusable. I have read online of others having the same issue. I purchased less than a year ago.
