It looks like it would be hard to operate, but I found it to be very natural. The buttons are easily operated and the ergonomic shape takes the pressure off my wrist.

Works great for my dad. He has an essential tremor and thus allows him to control the mouse better.

Definitely a learning curve. But this modern design and ergo friendly mouse is a great preventative from developing carpal tunnel.

My office desk is not ergonomically correct and it was causing issues with my back, neck and hands. I thought this mouse would fix the hand pain and would be helpful in preventing carpel syndrome. But it didn't help reduce my pain even after 2 weeks of use, so I had to return it. From what I read later, this mouse won't help if your desk is nor ergonomically correct. If you have a good desk position, then go for this and it might help you Also it was causing my hands sweat a lot more than regular mouse.. Apart from that great mouse.

Took a little while to adjust, but am a big fan. Just wish there was an extra button or two to customize. Considering trading it in for the new MX3

This is an excellent choice for a mouse. Very comfortable. Great control. I have recommended it to others and they are very happy too.

I really like this mouse because it keeps your hand at a much safer angle and helps to stop the pain in my wrist.

It definitely decreases the stress on your wrist but it also has some cons. There is no horizontal scroll, so if you work with worksheets this will be a pain. The mouse is tall so when you move your hand to place it on your keyboard, you will knock over the mouse and find yourself having to put it back in place multiple times throughout the day.

Bought for my wife who wanted a replacement wireless mouse. No issues with performance, mouse clicks are solid, battery life is great.

The mouse is very ergonomic-It's great for those that have issues with their wrist and need a mouse that will make it easier on the right hand. I love it.

This mouse is worth the price, its a bit pricey but it has helped my carpel tunnel and no longer have it.

I tried different version of vertical mouse from amazon and other online retailer. Logitech beats everyone one of them. I still think the price is little high compared to other mouse.

Great feel and very reliable. Had a Microsoft flat mouse that often wouldn't connect. This definitely an improvement.

This mouse is exactly what you need if you have issues with tour elbow or wrist. Very recommended.
