    My wife had me buy this for her and didn't like how it curves. She has been used to an Evoluent vertical mouse. I returned it to the store and ordered an Evoluent off Amazon, since Best Buy only had Logitech Ergonomic mouses.

    I have had it for 8 months now. I have repetitive strain injury and carpal tunnel and this mouse helped me a lot to reduce the pain. My hand doesn't hurt when using it. You just have to make sure you have proper elbow/arm angle (>90) as well as wrist angle (I sometimes caught myself pointing the mouse and my wrist outward, which wasn't comfortable.). Now when I use regular mouses at work, I clearly feel the difference. Highly recommend it.

    The more the usage we can figure out the pain in wrist reduces. It does what it says even for severe carpal tunnel syndrome problems.
