I'm glad I made the switch to a vertical mouse! I've noticed an immediate difference in my wrist, forearm, and elbow. I've already recommended this mouse to multiple friends, and would recommend it to anyone whose day-to-day involves sitting in front of a computer.

I have never left a review of a product but had to do it in this situation. The scroll wheel stopped working 2.5 months after I bought it. This mouse cost me over $100 after tax and it stops working properly after only 2.5 months?! Unbelievable! Needless to say, I can't return it anymore. I went through the usual steps one would take to resolve the issue: restarting my laptop; turned the mouse off and on, restored the defaults, and then set my scrolling preferences again. Nothing. I went online and found that the scroll wheel can just randomly stop working. Ugh. It's such a shame because I really do like it, but I am livid that such an expensive mouse stopped functioning properly in such a very short time.

It may look unusual, but this is the most comfortable mouse I've ever used. The tilt of my hand is more natural resting on the side of the wrist and I can move almost the entire width of a screen by just moving my hand a bit but keeping the wrist stationary. This is a winner

I wanted to try this so my hands hurt less, but ended up being the same as regular mouse since my hands are bigger than average. Definitely will work for others with smaller hands!

I bought this mouse because my hand would get tired after working long hours at the computer. It is far more comfortable than a traditional mouse and I no longer have problems! The fact that it is rechargeable is a huge bonus, although I have yet to see how long the charge lasts. Incredible quality, comfort and responsiveness, and the range is also excellent. Highly recommend if you have the money to invest in a new mouse.

Easy to use, customizable, so much better for my wrist and hand.

at first i thought i would hate this mouse but after using it i love it, i actually prefer it to the regular mouse. only downside is the button to switch between devices is on the bottom which is annoying when if im trying to switch to the mac book, but if you download the Logitech program logioptons it letts swicth seamlessly

Great mouse for Carpal Tunnel. Go with the lift model if you have smaller hands.

Love the ergonomics of this mouse. Greatly reduces stress on the forearm and shoulder. The very high quality of the optical reader makes this an excellent choice for graphics such as Photoshop, Lightroom and Illustrator.

I don't know why it took me so long to buy one of these. The pistol-grip style is much more comfortable for long video editing sessions. I love the shortcut button at the thumb for adjusting the cursor tracking speed on the fly. The USB-C recharging is a perk too. It's not exactly shaped to slip into a bag, but I find myself taking it to and from my office so I can switch it between computers.

Interesting - still getting use to it - I think it needs on the fly scroll adjustment along with speed adjustment. Also my previous mouse had a wheel that would free spin with a switch and also push side to side. I was able to program thumb buttons to move sideways but miss the free spin - especially since I can't adjust spin rate. Overall a nice mouse. I use the computer for 8-10 hours a day so hopefully this will pay off long term!

Great mouse for arthritic hand. I love the customizable thumb buttons as I do a lot of copy/paste. While it is a USB charger and not a battery, the charge lasts a long time - week 5 of 40+ hours a week and it still has a good charge.

It took about a half a day to get used to the posture of this mouse as compared to a regular mouse. But once I got used to it, it has been great. Would definitely recommend it for anyone looking for more comfort when using a mouse.

Best ergonomic mouse out there. It’s lightweight and makes you forget about the difference in your grip.

I haven't had this more than 24hrs and I already love it!! I had been a fan of the Logitech Marble Mouse for years. Normal mice just are not comfortable to use. I wanted to try something that was even more ergonomic and this arrived in my search results. At first I thought that it was way to pricy but instantly discovered that it was far more comfortable to use than my Marble Mouse.

Great for people who suffer from carpal tunnel conditions.
