This is a different kind of mouse for sure. But, since I work very long hours on the pc most of the year, and am having issues with tendonitis in my arms because of it, it seemed like a good change. It is much more comfortable that a traditional ergo mouse, but it does take some time to get used to. Also, I tend to switch mouse hands from time to time, but this is right handed so a bit more limited for me to use. But, connects immediatly with usb and wireless, and I can switch it between my pc and my laptop with ease.

I got this because after 25y in IT, i was experiencing forearm pain that would NOT go away. I read somewhere that a mouse could cause my issues, even though I had used one for decades with no effects. I got this, and within a week my pain was gone. I love this mouse, it's a natural feel, and I recommend this constantly. The pain I was in was so bad I was willing to do anything to get away from the forearm pain. It was like tennis elbow, my doctor said. This solved my issues. Get this. Great mouse!

I've only been using this a few days and I felt the need for a quick review. I work at my computer for 8 to 9 hours per day and I'd developed severe wrist pain and discomfort. Had all the classic signs of rsi or ct. Within 24hrs of using this my pain has almost completely subsided. I'm a heavy pc gamer as well and this mouse has also replaced my G305 gaming mouse without any issue. It took a minute to get used to the movement but once that was conquered, this mouse is amazing. Pair it with the ERGO K860 keyboard and you are all set. (you also only need to use 1 usb dongle if you pair these)

I like this mouse because it looks good and helps my hand to not hurt. Having a rechargable battery is a feature i didnt knowni would line so much, but not having to replace batteries is so nice. I dont like that the scroll wheel doesnt have side to aide scroll options. That is a surprising exclusion. Also, the doi setting doesnt have an indictor to late me know what dpi i have set. I like that i can connect to multiple devices at once via bluetooth and toggle between them using the button on the bottom.

Overall, a great ergonomic option for a mouse. It's not too complicated to figure out as far as options and settings. Smooth movement and comfortable handling. My only issue with the design is the area where the palm rests. Where the mouse fans out in the thumb would have made more sense in the opposite area where the palm is. I find my hand slipping to the table without realizing it and the side of my palm on the table; over time this can feel uncomfortable. When I'm conscious of my hand position it doesn't prove to be an issue, and hasn't been over time as I get used to it. If you can try it out in person at a store or otherwise I'd give it a go. Since I personally have issues with regular mice, I've stuck with it and have grown accustomed to it and it is a great mouse for anyone trying to avoid pain issues.

Good Holds your forearm arm and hand in a more natural pose than a 'normal' mouse. Helps with repetitive stress pain.

Use case: 1) Improve ergonomics of home office (purchased with Logitech - ERGO K860 Ergonomic Split Bluetooth or USB Keyboard) Pros: 1) Sturdy scroll wheel/middle mouse button (had a previous, less expensive vertical mouse have its scroll wheel brreak) 2) Relieved wrist pain 3) Rechargeable battery, charges via USB C (very quickly) Cons: -- non observed -- Neutral: 1) If charging with a cable connected to a computer, mouse inputs go to that computer. I'm not sure if there's a way to do this otherwise, but this caught me off guard at first. 2) The input selection feature is on the under side so need to flip the mouse to access it. Minor inconvenience, not really a drawback unless you're needing to switch connections often. 3) Perhaps not for everyone, but I recommend giving it a try.

works great no issue setting up and it can pair with up to three devices which is nice cause I can switch between my work laptop and personal with ease. so far so good

It’s quite easy to get used to and helps with not making my write cramp up like a normal mouse does.

It turned out to be a very convenient device. My hand quickly adjusted. And now I get less tired. All the buttons are quickly configured.

I wanted to try something different when I bought this, and for the most part, I do like it; however, there are times that it drives me crazy, or I knock it over when reaching back for it to use. As far as how it works, it works great, but the design itself is not for everyone. If you have trouble with your wrists or need something that keeps your hand at this angle, this is the perfect product for you. If you are used to a more traditional mouse or magic pad, it will take some getting used to. Overall, a great product that I would recomend.

My husband loves this mouse it’s great for his wrist to prevent soreness and it’s very easy to set up and use!

My work requires me to use the computer all day every day for 8+ hours straight. Needless to say, my hands and wrists get stiff and tired which has only gotten worse over time. It started getting really bad so I started looking into ergonomic keyboard and mouse options and came upon this mouse from Logitech. Honestly, I cannot be happier with this product. Yes, it's pricey, but I'm 100% sure that treating full-blown carpal tunnel syndrome would be way more costly. It takes some getting used to at first, but it becomes second nature and, most importantly, it helps tremendously. My hands and wrists are nowhere as tired nor stiff after work anymore which is exactly what I needed.

Love my new wireless mouse! It works really well and feels so much better on my wrist. I would reccomend this to others who have carpal tunnel or wrist issues.

I usually don't buy Logitech as I'm a Corsair guy but I have a soft spot for the odd. The weird angle that the mouse sits at got me curious enough to try it. Within an hour I was hooked on it. It feels so natural and I'm not sure why they never designed anything comparable up till now. I haven't tried gaming with it yet but I'm sure that will come later. The battery life is excellent and installation was very simple. I tried my Corsair Scimitar after and the difference was night and day. I highly recommend this mouse!!

a unique and different style mouse, but don't let that hold you back from getting it. this mouse causes less fatigue and is easy to get used to. you can switch between 3 devices

I'm petite, and came from a Logitech MX Master 2S (one of my favorite mice ever). If it wasn't for ergonomics due to hand / arm pain, I'd still be using that mouse. I ended up switching and though it's not 100% (ergonomics are personal), with other adjustments to my setup I notice a difference in reducing my thumb and finger pain. It's my first vertical mouse and surprisingly the adjustment period was quite short. From a pure mouse perspective, it's not as good as the MX Master 2S because there aren't as many buttons, no infinite scroll, and the build quality is high but not excellent. For ergonomics' sake this works well, fits in my hand comfortably, and I trust it to last for years. If there was a premium version though, I'd definitely opt for it, but this will work well for most users.

Whoever came up with this design deserve a Medal. I first saw it at work from a co-worker... he was trying it for his carpal tunnel issues from working a lot in computer and using the flat or horizontal mice...anyway I run to buy it the price was discounted at 80.00 originally 99.00... and as soon as I staring using it I felt a normal and relax support of my hand and the scrolling and sliding of the entire mouse was so smooth and easy. This is an Item that for me was a treasure find. I recommend this if you have issues with mice and uncomfort with your hands... Definitely a great new mouse (I bought an additional for my home use) , light and also come with it own driver that once installed can be modified for your personal setting and sensitivity.
