Customers are saying

Customers are delighted by the ergonomic design, ease of use, and impressive battery life of the MX Vertical mouse. Many appreciate the Bluetooth connectivity and comfortable weight, although some find the size unsuitable and a few have reported issues with the scroll wheel. The high price point is also a recurring concern for some buyers. Positive feedback overwhelmingly focuses on the mouse's comfort and functionality.

Why are all mice not shaped like this??

The best mouse purchase I've made! I held off on this for a long time because I thought it looked weird, but when my wrist started hurting and then my previous mouse died, I decided to go for it. It's kinda big and funky looking, but it was super easy to get used to. Just putting my hand on it feels like a relief, because the angle is SO much more natural than any other mouse; why are all mice not shaped like this? I love the ability to connect to up to three devices (mixed between Logitech's Unifying adapter and Bluetooth), and I love that it charges and connects over USB-C for wired use. Over all, it was a great purchase and worth every penny.

I cannot say enough about this mouse. I was very hesitant to purchase it after using a traditional mouse for decades now. Being left-handed, I was even more nervous that it would be awkward. I was very much mistaken! Transitioning over was so easy and simple, and I don’t regret for one second making the switch. It is on the pricier side, but I think well worth the cost!

I have been trying a few different options after having pain in my fingers, hand and wrist. This has been a good alternative and has helped with the pain. It is very comfortable and easy to reach the different buttons. It could be a little wider at the turn which might make it more comfortable but otherwise very good. I haven't had it very long so I am not sure how it will wear but so far, so good.

Mouse holds charge for a long time. Wrist position is ideal for long computer session. I downloaded the logitech app on macOS to configure the 2 other buttons for the mac shortcuts that i needed. I also have the logitech MX keyboard. I didn’t want 2 usb slots taken up, so on the app I activated shared connection so both mouse and keyboard share one USB adapter for wireless connection

Been a blessing to have this - most of us don't consider the strain a normal mouse creates on our wrists, elbows and shoulders until we start having issues like I did. This mouse allows me to maintain good arm ergonomics and I hardly feel any strain and related pain anymore. Moves smoothly (sometimes a bit TOO smoothly, so be careful it doesn't ballet dance off the side of your table). Worth it.

I realize that it's not everyone's cup of tea to have a vertical mouse... but I have to say that my wrist loves this, and so do I! I work in IT and tend to spend quite a bit of time on my computer. At the end of a long day, I can notice some tension in my wrists from all that computer time. Trying to preempt some later wrist problems in life, I set out looking for some better options when I came across this mouse. I was a little concerned about the price tag, but after the first day I immediately noticed my symptoms go away. That was enough to sell me on it. Functionally, I wish that the mouse had more programmable buttons on it, as the gaming mouse I moved from had several more. However, it does have two programmable buttons that do the job. Battery life is close to a month and half for my usage level (daily, M-F office job). It allows you to both connect via Bluetooth, or through the dongle that comes with the mouse. It also has a "computer" button on the bottom of the mouse so that you can connect to three separate computers without moving the dongle around. Overall, love this, and would recommend to anyone!

This is the best mouse - I have 2 of these now for home and work. You can feel that it's more like a handshake posture for your arm and relieves the tension in your wrist. It doesn't take too long to get used to it. I also was getting a bump on my hand where my palm rests on the desk from the regular mouse and this is going away now.

This is definitely a great ergonomic mouse, but the actual shape is really big and/or clumsy. I’ve also noticed the charge is not as good as my Logitech ball mouse, but maybe it is because the ball mouse requires less overall movement. I find myself switching off mouses so i don’t think this is a one and done type mouse, but i do use it daily.

I bought this after my Evoluent mouse started failing. This one felt a little odd at first due to the different contour but i quickly adjusted to the new feel. It's working well so far.

I brought this from a local store as I could not wait for Prime Delivery that seems to have slowed down these days. I paid $91 for it and figured I would probably feel like returning it right away at that price, but I am surprised at how great it is. I even have forgotten the high price. I had been having wrist pains and numbness in my fingers. I guess 20 years of using a mouse would do that to you. After one day of using, they have stopped. I cant wait to see if it continues to help. The mouse connects. Comfortable like shaking a hand, and I have small hands, and it still works great. Maybe it would be nicer if they had a medium size for smaller hands, but that's not an option, and I cannot complain as even my smaller hands can work it fine. Less stress on your wrist ook me one hour to get used to it. The connection is very good also. I have a KVM Switch, and I can connect the mouse through its USB cord included. It charges and allows for operation. They also give you a 2.4gz adaptor if you want to go that route. The Bluetooth can also connect your computer with a No 2.4gz dongle, So all sorts of attachments to connect. I use a USB wire to my KVM, but I use Bluetooth when I want to use one of the other laptops. This is a really good product; so far, if anything changes, I will come back and update this review, but so far, a real keeper MInus the high price that is worth it after trying the mouse.

So far the mouse is good to use. I had a similar ergonomic one with a track ball but that kept getting fuzz stuck in it. This mouse is a little slippery to the touch but overall pretty convenient to use.

Definitely a different mouse feeling than the traditional style, I was experiencing hand cramps due to being a workaholic and being on my computer for a long time. As soon as I started using this mouse the hand cramps went away! Took a little to get used too but totally worth it. Recharging feature is a huge plus too. I just personally thought it was a little over priced...for mouse...but clearly I still spent the money so what’s that matter...

I love this mouse. I work from home so I'm using it for 8 hours a day. I have larger hands and its comfortable to use. Using a regular mouse started to give me wrist pain, but I have not experienced that with the MX vertical. Besides the cost, my only complaint is that the left click button stopped holding reliably after two years. I did buy the same model as a replacement. I thought it was easy to set up and use. You can use the Logitech USB plugin or Bluetooth for wireless connectivity, or you can connect it with a USB cable. I haven't tried connecting it to a tablet or phone. Logitech has an app to help with connecting this and other products. It's sufficient, no complaints. My favorite feature is the back/forward buttons easily accessed by your thumb. There is also a button on the top that allows you to adjust the pointer speed. You can save two speeds and switch with one click of the top button.

I had another Vertical Mouse from Ankor. It was fine but it went through batteries too quickly. This mouse feels better ergonomically and is rechargeable. I might be a little OCD about recharging, but I've used this mouse for more than a week without charging or turning it off and it never ran out of battery. It charges quickly. As for the functionality. It's great. I would highly recommend this product.
