I have big hands, this was the only vertical mouse that fitted very well with a pressure relief pad on my wrist. Smaller vertical mice would cause my wrist to bend downwards due to the pad on my wrist but this one is just right. I like the distribution of the main and right buttons that didn't distort the natural position of my fingers. My only gripe is the lack of built-in storage for the USB plug.

This is best mouse I’ve ever owned! Its ergonomic shape keeps my hand, wrist, and arm in a comfortable “handshake” position. It is wireless, easy to use, and the battery lasts for months!

Never going back to an old "regular" handheld mouse ever again, if I can help it. I work remote from home and made the decision to make good choices (really the very best choices) I could make for myself, and my work life balance. Seeing as my work is what funds everything else I have access to, I decided I needed to not hold back on anything. Gain every iota of an advantage. This is a big up in comfort and ease of use. Look how comfortably it fits my hand! Like a glove. Love it.

35 and I am having problems with my nerves in my hands and wrists between working on a computer almost all day(field sales), then my main hobby(PC building and gaming), I’m on my computer a lot. I switched out from a $150 gaming mouse to this and honestly dont miss much. This mouse is so comfortoble and has helped a lot. Didnt take any getting used to as far as gaming on either. Highly recommend.

Works as advertised. Very happy with it. I was having pain in my arm from using a regular mouse. This on let’s your arm rest in a natural position. I’ve been using this for a little over a month now and my pain is gone. It has a very sturdy feel. Also works with my existing unifying receiver. It comes with software that lets you use it on two computers at the same time which is nice since I have a work laptop and personal laptop going. Logitech has not let me down.

I started using this after about a month working from home. I was having some pain in my elbow and arm, because they were twisted using a regular mouse. After getting this mouse it was a big relief due to the natural position the arm stands when using it. It also has a great response to commands and the buttons are very useful once you get used to them!! Logitech products never disappointed me!

I bought this mouse with the Ergo keyboard and it is really comfortable to work with both. I developed a Repetitive Strain Injury and it helps me a lot! The mouse is perfect for the shape of our hand and is easy to install.

I love this mouse. As a person with Rheumatoid Arthritis in the hands primarily, and studying and working in the architecture field, being on the computer all day is straining. But this mouse and the ergonomic design places less strain on the hand and wrist. The smoothness of the mouse and the satisfying click makes it a good choice. The best thing about it aside from its design is the size; it’s bigger than most mice and fits just right in big hands.

Maximum comfort and portability- I use it all the time and will never go back. The battery life seems long as well! It sits in the natural position for my wrist and arm. I have small hands/carpal tunnel and it works perfectly.

I have crippling carpal tunnel flareups and work online for 8 to 10 hours a day. I tried a different logitech mouse that had a thumb track-ball, but it didn't help at all. Immediately upon using THIS mouse, however, I have been nearly pain free. 10/10 would buy again.

Good bye normal wrist and arm tensions. Honestly, it was awkward at first to use because I was used to laying my hand more flatly, once I became accustom to it this mouse is smooth and effortless to use. I no longer feel the strain of prolonged use, and it feels like this mouse is a part of my hand and arm, I highly recommend trying it.

Great mouse. It’s really comfortable but a little expensive in my opinion. It has wonderful battery life and I’m glad it charges with type C.

Got this to relieve carpal tunnel pain. Worked like a charm. I have larger than average hands and it is very comfortable for me to use. Works well wired or wireless. I’ve used it for both office work and gaming with no issues.

I am very pleased with the MX Vertical. The ergonomic design feels very natural and reduces stress on my wrist (important because of the amount of time that I spend working on a computer). This is my second one, and I'd buy it again.

Love love love this mouse! The top of my hand and wrist feel so much better! Definitely get this mouse if you have been experiencing pain after use a mouse all day. The only think I don’t like that it requires the use of a dongle. I thought for the price it would be Bluetooth compatible but it’s not. Using a new Mac and I need an adapter to use the dongle. Takes up space but don’t really care because it’s worth it! Just thought this info might help the next person

I have alot of wrist pain from using the mouse all day and i was recommended this one since it hold your wrist in a more natural position. Its been 2 months since ive bought it and it has helped IMMENSELY, and only had a very small learning curve!

Ergonomically Wonderful! This Mouse is a major win! The positioning design of the button command are truly comfortable. The design allows for great functionality of the Thumb,Index, and middle fingers to work naturally with this mouse. Also Natiral positioning of the Wrist, forearm and elbow reduces stress on my wrist and tendons. Get this Mouse! Love it! You’ll Love it too!
