Customers are saying

Customers are delighted by the ergonomic design, ease of use, and impressive battery life of the MX Vertical mouse. Many appreciate the Bluetooth connectivity and comfortable weight, although some find the size unsuitable and a few have reported issues with the scroll wheel. The high price point is also a recurring concern for some buyers. Positive feedback overwhelmingly focuses on the mouse's comfort and functionality.

Excellent. Easily allows me to connect and switch between my PC, MAC Mini and CentOS boxes with the same mouse via bluetooth (no dongle....finally!!!). Minor complaints: I would like to have had something to rest the lower end of my hand(little finger) so it isn't touching the desk. No option for horizontal scroll that I have come across yet. Would definitely recommend.

This mouse is really comfortable when you get used to it. It does not take long to get used to it. Great for work and helps with posture. Great mouse for people with all hand sizes as it is big but the buttons are big and very clickable. Overall, it is a Logitech mouse and therefore has hidden features only accessible with a compatible Logitech keyboard. (I recommend the Logitech keys keyboard ) it is important to know you still get a great mouse. If you want those extra features, get a compatible keyboard from Logitech.

I love these mice. I have personally purchased 4 of these for myself and my partner at our various workstations. I love this mouse because of the following: - it's rechargeable - you can use it via USB dongle or bluetooth - you can have 3 preset devices and hot swap between them - The logitech software for customizing sensitivity and buttons is excellent Yes, it looks weird but your wrist will thank you

I am a fan of the ergos with the ball. Having multi-device connections is always a win. On a daily basis I am transitioning between 3 laptops so I thought this mouse would be perfect. The let down the button to switch devices is at the bottom of the mouse. So inconvenient. I have carpal tunnel and the mouse does not cause strain on my wrist so I can appreciate that.

I bought this mouse to alleviate carpal tunnel syndrome. It is the best decision I made. Changing hand position is what helps with the pain. I tried a gaming as well as an ergonomic mouse but did not help until my hand position changed. It takes a little time to adjust to the new hand position but you will not notice the change after. A little pricey, but worth it.

I can't say enough about this mouse - got one for the home office and one for work and I love them both. I think that my only complaint is that each mouse has a unique USB dongle, so I have to make sure to have the right one and not the wrongle when I need to work. It's expensive, but it's worth every penny to not have a sore wrist at the end of the day.

This is the best mouse I have ever used. It is also the second one I have purchased. I work in IT, and I am at my computer for 8 hours plus 5 days a week. Using this mouse and a wrist pad, my hand never cramps or gets tired. When I have to use my travel mouse, I end up just using the mouse pad because my hand and wrist start to hurt.

I bought it thinking it was going to be a non grip hold but I’ve had an old one for so long it felt normal but this is awesome with the new grippy feel to it, it makes working so much easier and gaming is even 10x better than it was so def the best mouse I’ve ever bought OHHHH and it helps my wrist from straining it self so that’s another plus!

If you have carpal tunnel syndrome before, try this mouse. I had a hard time to click with a regular mouse since I had numbness arm. Even though I have it, was still hard to use it helps a lot. It is bigger than I expected, so might be not comfortable for small hand person. If there are sizes that can choose like small, reg, large or something it helps more people even for regular using. My palm size is 4" w x 4 2/8" l and finger 3" but still, think it's a bit big for me.

I purchased a new mouse because my previous one had issues with the dongle. Granted, I could have just bought a new dongle but I opted to get a new mouse instead. I'm extremely glad I did! Using it is so seemless... not to mention there are three different ways to connect. I absolutely love it!

As a middle aged PC gamer, occasional remote worker, spreadsheet creater, this mouse has made all the difference in my wrist. I've been using it for about a month. I no longer feel the pain that came with using a normal mouse. It did take some adjusting but it was totally worthwhile.

    Good device, horrible software

As a piece of hardware this mouse is pretty good overall. It's optically fairly precise in its tracking, comfortable for all-day use, with lots of customization ability. Battery life is strong. About the biggest drawback I've found is because it's so light and tall, if you're clumsy with long monkey arms like I am, you're going to regularly send it flying as you move around on your desk or keyboard tray. Where this device suffers badly is Logitech's Options software, especially with Flow, which is singularly one of the worst, most annoying and unreliable pieces of code currently out there, and among the worst I've used with regularity in 40+ years of computer use. The idea behind it is good, but execution is atrocious and it's fraught with bugginess that makes transferring from seamlessly and easily form one PC to another maddeningly inconsistent and unreliable, to the point where you will probably be like me and start giving serious consideration to going old-school and having two sets of input devices. You'll find that you have to frequently reboot one or both machines actively in use (if using two), turn Flow off and on and try any number of other random fixes, along with praying to the tech gods, to get it to occasionally work. It's horrifically capricious in how it works. Logitech is seemingly monumentally tone deaf about fixing the software, despite years and a litany of complaints about how bad it is, and is either unwilling or unable to fix it. Forget about useful support from them as well their response in fixes are the same limited sets of suggestions that never solve the problem.

Hello nhmtnbkr! I'm so sorry to hear about all the issues you're having with Logitech Options. Unfortunately, there's really only one thing I can recommend doing. If support hasn't already recommended this to you, I would try uninstalling the software and reinstalling it. I will definitely be passing up the ladder all the issues you're having. In the mean time, keep an eye out for updates to the software. Once again, I apologize for the issues you're having. Thank you so much for the feedback and for shopping Logitech. - Maggie from Logitech
