My wrist had been killing me due to the constant use from having to work from home 8-10 hrs a day. I had a Razr Naga, but I started getting sharp pains on the right side of my wrist. This did the trick. No more wrist pain! It's also very smooth. 100% recommended!

this is a great a mouse and very comfortable for all day. I have big hands, and use a computer most of the day. It really does a great job and let's your hand stay in a natural position turned clockwise to the right with the right side of your palm on the desktop.

Logitech - MX Vertical Advanced Wireless Optical Mouse with Ergonomic design - Graphite is probably the most comfortable mouse for avoiding wrist pain, you need a couple of days to get used to it but you won't get back to an horizontal mouse never again

A new angle on an old problem

I like the new angle, but takes some getting use too. I find if I blindly reach over or my mouse I will knock it over since the height of is is much more then a traditional mouse. It is much better quality over the 19.00 mice you can buy so was a good investment, just will take time

On my first day I notice the strain on my wrist went away. It only took one day to get use to the mouse. 2 programmable buttons a plus. You can use it up to 3 devices and switch between them in seconds. I use it for 8 hours a day. Definitely recommend it for anyone with wrist pain.

When I had transitioned to WAH it was a bit more strain on my wrist and back with my current setup. This mouse has eliminated the wrist pain and discomfort. Its rechargeable, comfortable, responsive, and infinitely configurable. Well worth the money.

This mouse is very comfortable to use. However I do with it was slightly smaller, or that there was a smaller version. As a female with average size hands (I wear a medium size glove) the bonus thumb buttons aren't within easy reach, but I don't use them frequently.

I have used this mouse for a couple of weeks and so far find it better than the conventional mouse I had been using. I am looking to avoid carpal tunnel problems and this may be helping. I use it for CAD primarily and most of the day so mouse use is more important to me than keyboard. A full evaluation would be better in a few months.

I developed carpel tunnel a few years ago and I tried to find a mouse that would reduce the strain and this was the best investment ever! Weird at first but once you get used to it it’s a fantastic mouse and keeps my wrist from hurting.

The hand and wrist movement on this mouse takes a little while to get used to, but it's a welcome change from my Logitech G502 gaming mouse. This mouse only supports 2 extra (thumb) buttons, and they are a little awkward to use due to the placement.

Had issues with my wrist with the typical mouse, so bought this one. Love it! Makes a big difference. I no longer have any pain and soreness in my wrist while working. Keeps it straight. So comfortable to use. Great product. No issues at all

It is on the expensive side of things but hopefully wouldn’t need an another for a while. Aligns very well with the hand, very precise getting keyboard and mouse from Logitech makes it easier for better integration and the software install makes it easy

Bought this for my dad since he works from home and was having wrist pain. Great, but know that the battery is NOT replaceable. So, I recommend getting the protection plan, so they swap it once it wears down!

Use to get cramps in wrist when im using a mouse for a long period of time. Since purchasing this mouse i have less aches. Been on the computer for 8 hrs. No cramps. Takes a bit to get use to position of hand. But after a few days it feels natural.

The mouse's build quality is on par with the MX Master, and the angle feels nice to use. I do miss hyper-fast scrolling and the side scroll from the MX Master. The middle click alone makes this way better than evoluent's options. The clicks feel and sound the same as the MX Master.
