Customers are impressed with the MX Vertical Advanced Wireless Optical Ergonomic Mouse, especially its ergonomics, ease of use, and long battery life. Many appreciate its reliable performance and Bluetooth connectivity. However, some users have reported wrist pain, while others find the size unsuitable for medium-sized hands. I have carpel tunnel, and upright mice have been a blessing to being able to work. This mouse is a little larger than my previous one, but is so much better put together and comfortable to use. It is highly responsive (I am using the corded option).

This thing is great. I do graphic design work and typically use a laptop with a touchpad. This mouse takes all the pressure off and I don't end up with sore fingers and wrist by the end of the night :-)

I was having a lot of hand pain so I went out and splurged on this. It feels like it's the way a computer mouse should have always been, there was virtually no acclimating to it. I love it.

The vertical design on this makes this the most comfortable mouse I've ever used. No way would I go back to the old design. It keeps my shoulder down and my elbow and reduces overall strain I get from a regular mouse.

I love this mouse. The first day was a bit awkward and you do use some of the muscles in your hand differently, but now I think it is the best mouse I’ve ever had. Even doing photographic editing and fine work, I love it.

This mouse is the best I have ever purchased. I have tried others but the feel of this is great. I work a lot of hours holding the mouse and this one I don't even know I have one in my hand. I would buy over and over again. Try it you won't be sorry.

Worth every penny! I had repetitive stress injury from working long hours everyday on a mouse. After only a couple of weeks of using this mouse, I no longer have any pain! Took some getting used to to operate, but easy now and worth every penny!

I bought this mouse because I started to feel a small pain in my wrist area using the traditional mouse. I feel so much better. It just took a little to get used to but I love it now. Nice design and quality product from Logitech.

This mouse is very good, but it is hard to transition from typing to using it if you are used to a regular mouse. This is because it is very high, and tends to fall over, if you hit it with your hand. Which you are bound to do if you go from typing to mousing often.

I recently purchased this for work because my carpal tunnel was acting up. Well worth it. I could tell a difference right away between this mouse and my traditional mouse - less wrist and hand strain from prolonged use.

    Good quality, unsatisfactory ergonomics

While the mouse itself delivers on its promise of precise performance, I experienced some issues with its ergonomic design that led to wrist pain. In terms of precision, this model excels. Its tracking accuracy and responsiveness are impressive, allowing for smooth and precise cursor movements. Whether I was working on intricate design projects or navigating through spreadsheets, the mouse performed flawlessly. However, the ergonomic design of the mouse did not work well for me. Despite its advertised ergonomic features, I found that extended use of the mouse resulted in discomfort and wrist pain. The shape and angle of the mouse did not provide the level of support and comfort that I had hoped for, and this ultimately affected my overall experience. IThe build quality and materials of the mouse are excellent. The buttons have a satisfying click, and the scroll wheel operates smoothly. The mouse feels sturdy and well-made, which is always a plus. I understand that ergonomic preferences can vary greatly from person to person, and what may not work for me might work perfectly for others. Nevertheless, it is worth noting that I have used other ergonomic mice in the past without experiencing similar discomfort, and for me this one just did not work.

It took me a while to get used to it, but it has alleviated my wrist pain as I hoped it would. The only downside after using it for three weeks is a slight loss of precision with motion, selecting, and clicking. All three will probably get easier over time. I would buy this mouse again.

Works great, little learning curve for movements due to hand postion. Wish it had a bigger base for hand to rest on.
