I've started using this mouse and I've had no problems at all. It takes a little getting use to but I love it.

I think the thing to ask yourself is do you like clicky loud buttons on your mouse, or soft quiet buttons. There is another mouse by Logi that has soft and quiet buttons that I like better, as this has loud and clicky buttons, but that comes down to personal preference. Its a pretty comfortable mouse all over though, if a little high off the desk, so using a wrist rest can really help with comfort levels
