Seems they last a couple years. The top button / left click seems to go out around then. The comfort of the ergonomic design has been worth it to me though.

Great mouse but expensive

After several years, the buttons were starting to get sticky, but I love this mouse! I am working in CAD and Bluebeam all day so it definitely relieves the pain in my wrist and fingers from being on a computer so much over the years. I have larger hands so it fits my hand just perfectly and it is super comfortable.
