Customers are saying
Customers are delighted by the ergonomic design, ease of use, and impressive battery life of the MX Vertical mouse. Many appreciate the Bluetooth connectivity and comfortable weight, although some find the size unsuitable and a few have reported issues with the scroll wheel. The high price point is also a recurring concern for some buyers. Positive feedback overwhelmingly focuses on the mouse's comfort and functionality.

Worth it if you’re on a computer all day

Good quality, horrible ergonomics
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I tried this before switching to their other new mouse. I had used trackpads for 12 years, and the battery had started failing, and it was time to move along as they no longer make the trackpads. This was just awkward in every respect. First, for anyone used to a trackpad or a mouse, this is so much taller that every time you move your hand from the keyboard back to the mouse, you end up hitting it since you're not used to having to lift your hand so high. It's just uncomfortable in the hands, awkward to use, button presses, everything.

Game Changer
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This mouse is really much more comfortable then a traditional mouse. If you are having any wrist issue this would be the mouse for you. It feels very nice in my hand and the build quality is very good.

Somewhat Dissappointed
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This mouse is big and bulky, and I have big hands. The angle is a little too vertical and could stand to a little flattening. Maybe somewhere between a standard mouse and how it currently sits. I was excited to get this and try it out but the size and angle have really reduced my productivity. This mouse is now sitting on the edge of my desk and I have gone back to my old mouse.

Posted .Hello, Very sorry to hear about your disappointment with the MX Vertical Mouse and it's design. MX Vertical’s natural handshake position reduces muscular strain by 10 percent1As compared with a traditional non-vertical mouse. and promotes a more ergonomic posture. MX Vertical’s unique 57° vertical angle reduces the pressure on your wrist, while your thumb is positioned comfortably on the thumb rest. To help you setup your workstation to best use the MX Vertical, here's a link to Logitech's "Work Better. Work Heathier." page:  https://www.logitech.com/en-us/collections/ergo-keyboard-mouse-headset-webcam-combo.html. Hope that you find this helpful and that all is going better. Thank you for choosing Logitech. - Richard from Logitech

Decent
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Some improvement with its ergonomic use. Gets time to get used to it. Could be better with the way to grasp it. Scroll wheel needs improvement such as the one on MX3

Comfortable but pricy.
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this to replace my Microsoft Sculpt mouse. Works well, only reason I took off a star is because it doesn't have a replaceable battery. Even though its rechargeable they have a finite lifespan.

Great concept but not practical or intuitive.
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great concept but not practical or intuitive. Perhaps if they had come out with this in the late 80's before humans adapted to plain old mouse.

Worth the extra money!

Significant change in hand/wrist pain
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I’ve been working with computers for almost 30 years. Recently I developed a bone spur in my pinky which was very painful and I started looking into ergo mice. I purchased this one based on brand and design as I thought it would help with resting my hand in a more natural position and with the increasing pain I was experiencing. After a few weeks using this, my hand feels amazing. This is super comfortable and my carpel tunnel and shoulder/wrist/pinky pain is significantly less. Highly recommended.

Great mouse. Wish it had a horizontal scroll too
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great mouse. Very responsive and comfortable. The only thing I miss transitioning from the MX3 was the horizontal scroll wheel which is very convenient.

Mouse
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I little too sensitive for my aging, shaking hands. Other than that, it’s a fine mouse.

Posted .We appreciate your feedback on the MX Vertical! We understand that the sensitivity might be an issue for some users, especially those with hand tremors. It's helpful to know you find it a fine mouse otherwise. Thank you for sharing your experience.

Too expensive for too many defects
||Posted . Owned for 5 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Ergonomics are good. Performance is terrible. One out of every ten clicks does not register. If you don't use it for a while, scrolling works but main buttons don't unless you press another button to "wake them up". This would be ok with a $20 mouse, but this thing costs $90. Expected much better

Posted .Hi Melida, I'm sorry that you did not like the performance of the MX Vertical. Logitech has a free to download software called Logitech Options that lets you change some of the features of the mouse. I'm sorry that you experienced difficulties with the clicks not registering. I hope that you are able to find a mouse that better suits your needs. Thanks for being a Logitech customer. Kristi from Logitech
