Customers are saying

Customers are delighted by the ergonomic design, ease of use, and impressive battery life of the MX Vertical mouse. Many appreciate the Bluetooth connectivity and comfortable weight, although some find the size unsuitable and a few have reported issues with the scroll wheel. The high price point is also a recurring concern for some buyers. Positive feedback overwhelmingly focuses on the mouse's comfort and functionality.

The MX Vertical is a good replacement for the MX Vertical the position is good overall. I bought it to replace my MX mouse after my hand was going to sleep with MX Mouse.

not great, lame scroll wheel for the price

Too big for me. Odd that the scroll wheel quality did not match the rest of the mouse quality. The scroll wheel felt cheap, not MX Master quality. After coming from MX Master 3S the scroll wheel felt like it was where corners were cut. Clicky buttons.

Pretty pricey for a mouse, but it is truly a lot more comfortable than your regular computer mice. If you have trouble with your wrist, I can't recommend this enough.

    Wish it lasted longer

Purchased it about 3 years ago. Used it for about 2 years. The left-click button on this mouse has become unreliable, especially when trying to click-hold-and-drag. I expected it to last longer for a $100 mouse. I've had cheaper ones that lasted way longer. I also wish there was a cavity to put away the USB connector when not in use.

    Don't buy this mouse!

I bought it at Best Buy. It was almost impulsive because I was looking for an ergonomic mouse, specifically a trackball. But I saw this, put my hand on it and it felt great. So I bought it at the steep price (same as this one). I thought it would be worth it for the ergonomic position for my hand. So I got it home, set it up with the Blue-tooth and used it. It takes some getting used to but it worked fine. After I shut down the PC and mouse for the night, I put it on charge. Then the next day after work I booted up and turned the mouse on and it was fine. Well after a few hours of use it just stopped working. It was still powered up. I kept switching it on and off, I cycled through 1, 2 & 3 on the bottom button, no results. The PC said the Blue-tooth was connected too. So back the the regular mouse (also Logitech but no problems). Then I went to the Logitech website to find answers. What I found out is that this is a common problem for this mouse. What good is it then? So today I returned it to Best Buy and will get something else for between 1/4 and 1/3 the price too.

Hi! Sorry to see you were a having connectivity issues with your MX Vertical mouse. If you weren't aware, Logitech makes the Ergo Plus Trackball mouse that costs the same as the Vertical. That may have been what you were originally looking for. You do have a 1 year limited warranty that comes with purchase of the mouse, that can be used to get a replacement sent out to you. Here is the link to do so: https://support.logi.com/hc/en-us/articles/360024921874-Warranty-MX-Vertical. I hope that helps!

I really like this mouse. I’ve had it since March 2019 and about time to replace it since the buttons stopped responding. Unless I find a way to get it working, I will probably need to buy another. So it’ll last about 3 years with everyday use.

I thought I wanted a vertical mouse, but instead of the strain being on my wrist like it is with a vertical mouse... weirdly enough, the strain moved to my shoulder. Plus it takes a good while to get used to the movement.

only good for 9 months to a year. I went through three of them. After a while the mouse buttons aren't very responsible. As you're dragging a window or file, it randomly drops it. Seen with each one. Had to fight with tech support, but eventually they sent me the latest "LIFT" mouse that seems okay so far.

Beware Difficult and expensive battery replacement

    Posted .
This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.

Battery replacement isn't standard battery. You literally have to peel off the adhesive, unscrew the bottom and perform computer surgery and remove the non-standard battery that costs $15.00 to replace. Had the packaging indicated this, I would have never spent nearly $100 on this mouse

I purchased my MX Vertical directly from Logitech and used it a couple of times and then went back to my old "flat" mouse. Every time I went to reach for it, my had would hit the vertical "sail" and tip the mouse over on its side.

Great mouse, poor build quality and support

The rubberized coating they use on the top shell degrades very quickly and becomes sticky to the touch to the point that it becomes disgusting to use. Logitech refuses to make replacement parts available, so your only recourse is to try to get it replaced yearly (within warrenty), or buy a new one. Simply unacceptable
