Customers are saying
Customers regard the Orion Spectrum G910 keyboard highly, praising its build quality, RGB backlighting, and satisfying key feel. Many appreciate the ease of use and extensive customization options, along with the positive comments on the software and lighting effects. However, some users express dissatisfaction with the wrist rest, finding it uncomfortable or poorly designed. The lack of a USB passthrough is another frequently cited drawback.

This Keyboard is too fragile.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought this keyboard a little over a year ago from this review so I had a fair time to use it. It started out as a decent board, being more responsive than a standard keyboard. However, the keys fall off way too easy. You'll be gaming away, using the board, and all of a sudden, the key you were just using literally just falls off. The design behind Romer-G switches is extremely cheap. The keycap is just clipped on with some crappy thin plastic that was always bound to break. This keyboard is absolutely the saddest excuse for a piece of hardware I've ever seen beside Logitechs headphone. I hope this review sticks out and saves someone the headache of spending $120 on a keyboard (originally almost $200) that's going to fall apart literally a year later. Keys that fell off: Shift, Ctrl, W, A, Windows Key (even though I NEVER used the windows key, it fell off anyway). What's even worse is I've been using this keyboard with super glued on key caps because when the caps break off, they create a super sharp edge you can cut the tips of your fingers on. The final straw with this keyboard was last night when my A key broke off. I tried to glue it back on like the others, but I had actually broken the switch entirely under the key cap. It's hardly responsive and it's a gamble whether or not the A key even responds now. TL;DR: WORST, MOST GHETTO MECHANICAL KEYBOARD EVER!!!

Awesome but...
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Could be better if they added more memory keys like the old G510 and G510s had.

decent gaming keyboard
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.while it is a decent keyboard with good key actuation it personally isnt as comfortable as other options at this price point, The biggest downfall to this keyboard is the poor logitech support. 2 weeks and still no reply after numerous support attempts. Switched back to the corsair k70 rapid fire and have no regrets.

Connection issues make this keyboard worthless
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this keyboard for the abundance of Macro keys since I use a lot of macros in games. Since there is no onboard memory the macros work off of the Logitech G-Hub software. The keyboard CONSTANTLY (every couple of minutes) loses connection according to the software and the only fix for it is closing the G Hub software, and reopening, which is a huge pain in the posterior maximus when you are fighting. I highly recommend getting another gaming keyboard, if you need a gaming keyboard. This is $120 down the drain for me.

Horrible Keyboard
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. One Problem All of my G-Keys would make my computer do somthing where it will type everything i did in a game eg.roblox, fortnite, apex, minecraft and more 2 specific keys G-5 and G-1 would cause that problem in this case i would not recommend it. Quality was very poor mostly because of the g keys value is average and ease of use was very excellent. If this were to be fixed I would recommend but in this case I would not Hope Logi Fixes it.

Double, Triple and Quadraple characters
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This has been a great keyboard for over 3 years (Aug of 2016), but just after that started to behave strange. When I start to type - I would see two/three characters repeating. At first, I thought there was a problem with my typing, and later realized that there is an inherent flaw in G910. Couple of forums did confirm that this odd behaviour does show up and there is no use of this keyboard after that - as it cannot be fixed or rectified. Pretty lame that you spend such high amount and Logitech cannot help you after that - they will not even give you a replacement. A very sad state of affairs. A throwaway keyboard.

Posted .Hello Sundar! Sorry to hear you're having issues with your G910 Orion Spectrum Wired Gaming Mechanical Romer-G Switch Keyboard. The G910 is normally tested for 70 million key presses, but things can happen. We do provide a 2-year warranty on the keyboard should something happen to it during that time of normal usage. What I can suggest you to do, if you haven't done so already, is try and download the G Hub software https://www.logitechg.com/en-us/innovation/g-hub.html, and see if there are any Firmware updates available by chance. Sometime updating the firmware might fix the issue. - Mathieu from Logitech

Not a fan
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have to say, I love the keyboard itself, but some of the features are awful. It pairs nicely with the app and the hot keys are great, but I started having RGB issues about 30 days into my first one and was able to return and swap it for another one. The second lasted 90 days and about 10 of the keys lost a color. The volume knob is so jumpy, wont register then will go full blast or total mute. Love the feel of the board, but wont go the logitech route again.

Posted .Hi Brian, thank you for your feedback! With a 2-year warranty, this should not be a problem. The volume lag may be the computer processing. For support, please refer to: https://support.logi.com/hc/en-us/articles/360024156154 - Will, Logitech G.

I expected better
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this to replace the G710+. I am disappointed. When starting the computer the keyboard defaults to a multicolored wave pattern, that is annoying to see until the selected profile is loaded. When selected you have to click the color you want in the little square. The cable is plastic and not braided like my 710 was. Before I selected a default profile pressing the WASD keys would move the cursor to various icons on my desktop. I will return this keyboard as soon as possible.

Logitec G910 Gaming Keyboard
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had this keyboard for about 5 months when the key caps started popping off. They literally fall off as you type. I opened a ticket with Logitec and got no response. I have an 8 year old Razer Blackwidow that is much better for the money, so I bought the new version with the yellow switches. Buyer beware if you type a lot.

Logitech- What is this rgb fiasco?
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I love Logitech and have used them for years. Just bought this and its going back tomorrow. Its has so many problems but the deal breaker is that ghub doesnt install and you cant stop flashing lights without it. It sounds some kind of a windows 10 issue but GHUB spins forever. Just wasted hours following support instructions (I work in IT ) and it cannot complete installation even after allowing it in firewall. The keys are terrible and there are so many. Plus the non stop waves of light. I am sorry I thought this would be on par with other mechanical keyboards but I am going to back to an old trusty Dell. This is the worst keyboard design and fell I have ever put my hands on. Might be time to buy a different brand. This is garbage.

Posted .Hello customer, I'm sorry to hear that you've been having some issues with our G Hub software not installing. I would recommend going into task manager and ending the install, then trying to install it again. If you're consistently having that issue, try to remove any files related to G Hub on your computer and try a fresh install. I'm sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused you.

Do Not Buy! Keys Feel Like Junk!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Brought this home today and after the first initial key presses I could tell this keyboard is going to break. The plastic of the keys feels weak and the springs do not rebound well. With this attempting to be a mechanical keyboard, I assure you it is missing the most basic element of keyboards of that type... actuation feedback. The click of the mechanical key does not actually tell you that it has made contact and that the keystroke went through. The left shift also feels like garbage. I cannot tell if it is depressed or not. For anyone that games, this is a non starter, since you want to know if you are holding shift to sprint or not. This will be going back ASAP. Remember, this was day 1, out of the box. The only saving grace is the ascetic.

Posted .Hello Paul! Sorry to hear you didn't enjoy the feel of your G910 Wired Gaming Mechanical Romer-G Switch Keyboard. The G910 is indeed made of plastic in this case, we do have other Mechanical keyboards that have a mode solid frame in aluminum, and different type of switches as well. The G910 has Romer-G Tactile switches (Brown equivalent) which are made to have only a small bit of actuation feedback. If you want something with a more audible click, I'd recommend the GX Blue switches, so something like the G513 would offer both the aluminum body and the GX Blue switches, and might be a better fit for you. Waste of money, avoid
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. So I’ve had this super expensive keyboard for just over 2 years. It replaced a 10 year old $10 dell keyboard. I game and this was a step up, but for 2000% more. Now my ‘g’ key isn’t working. Logitech says i’m out of warranty and now i have a $200 paper weight. Save your money, buy from a better company just just use a normal keyboard from dell like me.
