However, the battery inside the mouse was dead. A representative on the chat said I needed to reach the manufacturer. I asked for a new battery or a small refund to buy it. Answer was no. Best buy is responsible for selling merchandise that has been in their stock for more than 2 years. I am both disappointed and frustrated and will avoid Best Buy for any future purchase. I do not recommend order online to anyboday.

Wish it was as premium as the keyboard

Compared to the keyboard that it was mated with, this feels like a cheep afterthought. Now don't get me wrong, that doesn't mean that the mouse is bad, it's just not as Premium as the keyboard. It's pretty much a standard mouse with "Popping" colors. It'll work for you, and turn heads, but it's small and standard like other mouses.

It does use AAA batteries for what the mouse offers I don't believe that there is any other mouse that has the ability to switch between multiple devices at this price point.

After our last batch of batteries ran out we switched brands and had the same issue. I suggest not purchasing this model.

I Love It from many Aspects!!

Additionally, I have the M340 which comes with a keyboard as this one does too. Firstly, I love the color combo of lavender, yellow, mint green and white. I also love the versatility of this mouse as it can be paired with up to 3 devices. The mouse fits easily into my hands and I love that it is portable as its size can be easily placed into a travel bag, back pack, purse, etc. The overall functionality of this mouse is great as it is silent and easy to use in any given situation.
