She loves it and has had zero issues using it. There are some features that she hasn't tried yet but for her all she needed was to connect it to the computer, which was very simple, and start using it. We both would recommend this product.

Great full size mouse for Windows or Mac

AA battery comes with it. Scroll wheel has the nice gear feel versus frictionless which I don't like. Easy to setup bluetooth for Mac users. It took a while to get used to the textured sides.
