I like quiet so this was a nice purchase. The only complaint is that the two side buttons are not silent at all. Middle click has a bit more sound when pressed than the two main buttons, but not nearly as much as the two side buttons.

Very responsive and side buttons are great for moving back and fourth thru pages. The scroll wheel is silent but you can still feel the clicks in your finger which is great!
