Definitely get the larger size L version, even if you have small hands. Trust me its not too big, it feels much more natural

I'm glad that it runs on a single AA battery. I haven't owned it long enough to learn if the battery life is as good as claimed. I do not use it for any gaming, only simple mouse actions and scrolling using the scrolling wheel.
