    The mouse is great, but I bought it by mistake. It's battery-powered. Although the battery has a long time, i think that its not sustainable. I returned the item and bought a rechargeable one.

    Broken functions when accessing Windows from Mac

    I have this mouse at work and loved it, so I bought one to use at home as well. My home setup is a Mac that has a Windows VM on it for the times that I need it. While the mouse works fine within MacOS itself, I was disappointed to find that "Forward" and "Back" buttons on the mouse don't work on my Windows VM, or even when using remote desktop to access a physical Windows system from my Mac. I've tried several other wireless mice and none of them have had this issue. I reached out to Logitech support, and they just told me that if I have the buttons mapped correctly and it's still not working, then there isn't a way to get it to work. Based on what I've found in a few support articles online, this is due to the way the Logitech software handles the shortcuts for "Forward" and "Back". Even though I loved this mouse when it did work, the lack of basic functionality I depend on for my setup has forced me to go in another direction. The part that frustrates me even more is that Logitech doesn't seem to have a mechanism for reporting this issue in a way that will get it fixed. Their support just defaults to "Sorry, you're SOL"

    I purchased it, but after about a month—around 40 days—the left click broke. When I click once, it registers as a double-click. It is completely silent but it did not work well for me.

    Stopped working in 9 months

    I bought it for my granddaughter for Christmas 2022. She has used it very little for less than a year (9 months) and it stopped working. I’m very upset. It was not a cheap when I purchased.

    Mouse with Great Idea, Weak Solution

    Easy setup. Worked well until the bluetooth disconnected for some reason. Mouse pointer either froze on the screen, or I lost the pointer on the screen completely. Only solution was to restart the computer which was annoying. Work in progress could be lost if not backed up.

    Its the 3th logitech mouse in a row where the clicks stop responding consistently after a few months of using them, and the refund period is over by the time they start to break. This one was expensive too. It will be the last logi wireless mouse ill be getting from here likely.

    I bought this mouse looking for something a bit more comfortable to use for extended periods of time but am incredibly disappointed. I don't know if it's just the one I have, but it loses its connection so often, both when using the bluetooth or usb. I've also tried replacing the battery multiple times and using it on various surfaces. Overall, I really regret wasting my money :'(

    Really disappointed in Logitech lately

    I have owned close to a dozen Logitech mice over the years, this is the first one that I stopped using after only a day. It simply has jerky mouse pointer movements, plus the scroll wheel starts to roll super SLOW at odd times. Plus, really SUCKS that I must now use two Logitech dongles as this mouse uses the new "Bolt" dongle, but my logitech keyboard needs the old dongle.

    This mouse tries to do too much. Why does a mouse need AI capability. I just needed a simple wireless mouse, but this thing connects via Bluetooth by default, simultaneously screwed up my Bluetooth settings so that I could not connect to my speakers. Tech support told me it only connects via bluetooth, WRONG. In trouble shooting my speaker I discovered it was this thing screwing with my settings. Do Not recommend.

    Doesn't Work Properly/ Freezes often

    I spent a lot of money on this mouse and on the keyboard to go with it and both are malfunctioning. So frustrating. The mouse freezes a lot and doesnt register movement. The keyboard that i bought goes on and types characters by itself and once it gets going, it cannot be stopped. It's so frustrating that i stopped my work to write a review for each item. I am outside of window for retrun, so i figured that i would write a review to stop anyone else from making my mistake. It is the least i can do.

    regret purchasing mouse

    regret making this purchase. this mouse does not work as i anticipated. have given more than ample time to see if would ever work as it should. the scrolling is extremely erratic. jumps numerous lines on its own. have to scroll back to the previous location. would return it if i could. think long and hard before purchasing this mouse.

    This is a supposed to be a "silent click" mouse. My complaint is that it takes no effort to press the buttons. This means you are pressing the buttons whether you want to or not...and it makes this mouse completely unusable.
