I’m ) foot tall and this mouse is noticeably more comfortable then all of the previous mice I have used at work or in the $20-30 price range. It was well worth the money.

Great Mouse For Bigger Hands - No Unpleasant Surpr

The only thing someone might need getting adjusted to is the Quiet-Click buttons (they make no sound, but the buttons provide good feedback to know they are being pressed). I greatly appreciate not having to hear the mouse button clicking noises! The wireless is great (as expected since this is standard technology these days) and I have not experienced any drops of signal between the mouse and the USB receiver. The optical tracking for the mouse pointer location has been great (no surprises there). Overall, I am glad Logitech started making bigger mice and thought of reducing the noise. Really happy so far with this device!

This one beats all the older models by having a very comfortable matte surface that I think will look as good several years from now, a perfect response to the mouse buttons, a very comfortable shape, and a very comfortable scroll wheel (you'd think nobody could possibly screw up a scroll wheel, but ...).
