The sensitivity is normal. The last one we had was too big, so couldn't move it very much and way too sensitive (quiet model).

I realize that she is somewhat averse to new technology, but using this with her iPad propped up gives her the familiar feel without the touchpad or the dongle which she needed on the MacBook Pro and was rather awkward.

A very nice, utility mouse for Mac OS.

Sure there's no gestures, but I can map functions to the buttons using the logitech options plus software. Mouse is lightweight and the clicks are silent. I've had zero issues so far and it's working as it should. I recommend this mouse.

Also, the main reason I started looking for a new mouse was because my old mouse’s scroll wheel actually hurt my finger because it was kind of ridged. This one is so nice, I can scroll through several lines/pages without my finger hurting from constant contact.

The scroll wheel is tactile, which I like a lot. And the clicking, you can barely even hear. It definitely isn't a normal click sound either, very muted, like you're hearing someone tap on a table through a wall.

It is just the right size for my hand is in really comfortable, even after a long day of use. The rubber sides provide extra control. The smart scroll wheel is very smooth. I scroll a lot so the ability to switch between speed and smooth scrolling is a definite plus.

Unfortunately, it doesn't have a switch to toggle between bluetooth and the dongle connection if you have it working on two computers. Additionally, I'm used to mice whose sensor thing is in the middle rather than to the side which threw me off a bit. This one's is on the side.
