This is a really buggy or sensitive camera. It takes me several times of re-plugging to get this to be recognized by the computer. After about 3 mo of use, the image started doing awful flickering, as if it was struggling to capture an image. This is a bad design all the way around. They force you to use a USB C port, adaptors will lower the quality, and they have a really short cord. So unless you are using it close to your computer AND you have a USB C 3.1 port, you may be okay, assuming you do not have a defective one. When I contacted support for a replacement, after a month of lack of responses, they told me to return it to the store. I'd say bad support, but it was more like no support. I'd upgrade this to a 4 star if their support was more on the ball and gave me a working cam.

This is the best camera for the computer that I have ever had! The picture is incredible and you can adjust everything with the software that comes with it.

I've been using this for two weeks. The camera works well and is excellent quality. But the tripod has already broken, so given the price I paid I'm very disappointed in that.

Its a nice webcam. Does what I need it to with a good picture.

This camera is so easy just plug it in and start recording or streaming. This is great for live feeds on Facebook YouTube.

This is a good camera. the webcam industry is lagging behind at a massive level compared to other cameras but it is a worthwhile upgrade if you're in need in this season.

Great purchase! Bought for our large living room tv, hooked up to a MacBook and now we can stream our friends and family via FaceTime and it’s like they are in tevroom!

This is a huge upgrade from my previous webcam (Logitech C615). I look much sharper, and the software gives me much more options to play around with.

This connects with a thunderbolt connection which definitely helps with the overall quality. To truly appreciate this cam you need to have the faster connection port.

Bought this a bit late, so I paid a bit of a premium, but it's a hell of a camera. I generally always have the best feed in my zoom calls.

I wanted to upgrade from older webcam for streaming, this does the job well! Great picture quality @ 1080p 60 fps. (my previous one only did 720p)

This is much better than the less expensive web cams out there. For sure worth the extra money. Clear sharp picture and easy to set up.
