The stream cam plus is the first stream cam I’ve ever had, so far it has been treating me well. It took me some time to set it up through my laptop though ( I needed it set up in a certain way with audio ) once I got that down OBS saved my template and when I need to stream I have no problems. The quality of the stream cam for the price is excellent as well. So far I have no complaints, and of course it’s Logitech they make some pretty great stuff!

Bought this for all of the Zoom calls and YouTube videos I've had to make during the COVID-19 crisis. I've been thrilled with the ease of use and quality of the camera. The only note that I'll make is that you need to make sure you have a USB C input on your laptop or PC. Otherwise, you'll need an adapter.

Very high quality camera. Exceptionally easy to install. I use it for conferences and the depth of field is top notch.

First thing's first: If you're not using the Logitech Capture software with this thing, you're missing out on a lot. So many of the features and image improvements are handled in there. That being said, this is an amazing camera and so much better than the piece of junk I had before. The auto-focus and image stabilization features are so much more useful than I originally anticipated, and the field of view, while not as good as the Brio, is still better than I expected. Worth every penny. The only problem I've had so far has been compatibility with some other applications like Zoom and OBS. The camera works great, but if you opt for the virtual camera with the added features instead, you might have some trouble getting it to appear properly. It's hard to say whether this is the fault of Logitech, Zoom, OBS, or a little bit of everyone, but it's nothing that can't be circumvented with a little trial and error or a google search.

This webcam is great if you're wanting to stream or record videos in 1080p 60fps however the cable isn't replaceable. I broke my USB-C cable and Logitech doesn't sell new cables, it was my fault how I broke it but with an item costing that much, I'd like to be able to buy a replacement cable which you can't I tried. At least with the Logitech Brio, you can newer cables and even with the Logitech C920 there are cables for sale, I think that's something to consider if you're wanting to take it here and there. With that in mind I lost out on $169.99 and ended up buying a Logitech Brio while I wait to hear back from Logitech about the Streamcam, they haven't given me an answer on if they will just replace the camera or if they won't.

The 1080p resolution provides sharp and clear video quality, and the 60fps refresh rate ensures smooth motion for your viewers. The auto-focus and exposure adjustment work well in various lighting conditions, and the camera handles low light better than some competitors in this price range. It's worth noting that while 1080p is solid, the market is trending towards higher resolutions like 4K, so it's something to consider if you're looking for future-proofing.

A really good webcam especially for the price not too complicated.

Purchased this product on March 19th after a store rep informed me that this would be compatible with the Insignia 24" F20 Series LED HD Smart Fire TV that I had purchased from this store back in December. Intended on using it to stream video chat for work and found out that it is not compatible. This webcam is plug and play and worked fine on other devices. Lightweight, comes in small packaging and had a few accessories, like a mini tripod stand, for example.

I bought this camera to replace a cheaper webcam that I was having problems with and so far it has worked fabulously. The picture looks excellent and works well in both bright light and low light environments as well as having a very clear focus on up-close objects (sometimes the auto-focus is a tad on the slow side for doing this) I don't currently stream at 60 FPS or the full 1080 resolution, but both look excellent in tests and I expect this camera will last me a few years before technology outpaces it. I did have to buy a USB-C to USB 3.2 converter dongle because my computer doesn't have a USB-C input, but this isn't a design flaw on Logitech's part - only my current setup. That being said, I'd love if the camera cable was removable from the camera side as well and could be changed out with longer or shorter cables/other cable types.

It’s okay, I ended up returning it for a few reason, it has a fixed usb-c cable so if you do not have a usb-c port on your pc then you will need an adapter. Also the camera quality is very good but side by side with the Logitech 4K pro webcam I feel the 4K cam has better quality and handling in low light situations than this one @1080p. Also as a steamer I find the vertical angle pointless. If you are looking for the vertical angle option on a camera then this one is awesome but if it’s just for live streaming to twitch or things like that I would highly recommend the 4K pro even if you were using it at 1080p while having the option of 4K if needed.

Truthfully, I don’t know if it’s my motherboard but when connected via usb-c it will hardly ever work. But use a usb-a style connection it works fine. Decent picture.

I can't give a technical review... but I can say that as a complete web meeting/ equipment ignoramus - this product worked great and was worth the extra money. I purchased a cheaper one on line that had poor video quality and sound kept turning on and off... The Logitech Stream Cam was easy to set up (even for me), video quality is great... sound as well. The only setback was needing the USB C connection port to my computer. I had to run back to Best Buy and purchase an adaptor separately.

This is a very good streaming camera that connects via USB C, so it works with new Apple laptops that don't feature the older USB connection ports. It captures and streams video and audio very well. The software included works pretty well, especially if you want to record videos locally. The only criticism I have is that I wish the software included the ability to control the camera settings when it is streaming in other applications, like Zoom; you have lots of settings you can tweak in the software, but as soon as you open a Zoom call, those settings go away and Zoom takes control of the camera. I've found 3rd party software that allows you to tweak the camera settings while in Zoom, but this really should be part of the camera software. Other that that, this is a great product for a good price.

Overall the image quality and build quality seem decent, but the stand to latches on to your monitor needs a little work. It seems to not be very sturdy. The image quality is good and lots of people have commented on how smooth the image looks, so kudos to Logitech for getting high fps. The reason I took a star off though was because I was not aware that this cam has a built in cable (Not detachable/replaceable). If I would have known this, I would have gotten a brio 4k. I NEVER buy products with built in cables, I just hope it lasts. As a side note, this does not integrate into the Logitech G software (Rund my G810+ and 503 Hero Mouse). I hate multiple software pieces to regulate my hardware so I look at this as a drawback.

Very easy to setup and use. High quality picture and works great with the Logitech pc app

This is an instant upgrade to any integrated camera system. The camera works great and through the Logitech software, there are options for color adjustment, screen flip, zoom, exposure, and record speed. Easily a great option at a great price. I have a MacBook and always have problems with the software after each OS upgrade. The included stand and clip are extremely useful and surprisingly sufficient with pretty much any mobile or desktop setup. If you’re streaming with a more pro setup, a tripod is defiantly necessary, along with a pretty large lamp. The microphone is decent, but I would use something better for any type of professional recording.

Bought this camera to add to my storm Spotter setup. Setup was super easy. Plug is a USB C plugs right into computer. Used the included software to setup image and orientation. Once it was all setup I ran it through WebEx and bloadcast live to the other viewers what I am seeing. The picture is really clear. The only issue I have had so far is at night. I can't get the image to adjust to the headlights and streetlights. Other than that is works.
