I wish I would not have purchased this poorly designed product. After less than 3 months of everyday use I noticed keys were leaving small scratches on the iPad screen. Best Buy told me to buy a screen protector! I now use an old iPad soft cover in between keyboard and screen. Yesterday, while typing I noticed two keys (i and c) on the keyboard do not function rendering the keyboard useless. Very disappointed with this product! Money down the drain...

I bought this case for my brand new iPad Air and I absolutely loved it for the first week that I had it...Until I realized that the flat part of the keyboard behind the magnetic strip lays directly on the screen without any rubber feet to create separation between the hard plastic and the iPad screen. Therefore, the smallest particle of dirt or debris could be stuck on the plastic and when you close the case, it will scratch the screen of the iPad. I haven't been able to get a screen protector yet and when I was cleaning fingerprints off of the screen, I noticed little scratches that were only present in the area where the flat plastic of the keyboard makes direct contact with the screen of the iPad. Before I noticed the scratches, I would have given this case 5 stars. If you don't want a sick feeling in your stomach once you realize your perfect screen is being scratched by the case that's supposed to protect your iPad, DO NOT buy this case. Logitech needs to rethink the design of this case.

Not the best quality as the keys were falling off.

I would love this keyboard case if it did not drain the battery of my iPad every other time I put it down. The case is designed with the magnets that activate the iPad's auto sleep/wake function, but the case shifts around meaning it is constantly waking the iPad. I finally got fed up today and replaced the case with a cheaper model with no keyboard. Fittingly before I can try the new case I have to charge my iPad since it is stone dead.

Do NOT buy this product. I bought 30 for teachers at my school and 20 of them have broken. They have ALL broken in the exact same place: the clip that holds the iPad in place. As a result three iPad screens have been broken as a result of the iPad falling out of the broken case. This product is FLAWED!!!

Great companion to the ipad air. Keyboard is a good size to type on

The left clip holding the Ipad broke off with very little use. The keyboard and case are now virtually worthless.

Bought one of these 02/18/2014. Plastic tab by power button broke in a little over a week. Returned item to store and was told since i didn't pay extra for geek squad protection, they would only exchange it for the exact same faulty product. Wish i would of read reviews before i made this purchase as many people have had the same issue. I'm now on my second one and i'm sure it won"t make it a month without breaking. Poor design and poor customer service at best buy.

The device worked well for 1.5 months. Then the upper left plastic piece broke off and it would not hold the Ipad in place. I took it back to Best Buy and it was replaced no questions asked. Customer service was excellent. I am anxious to see if the replacement has the same weakness.

I am on my third case. Check it out on the internet I read 49 complaints and counting about this case. The case will develop a crack within two to three weeks in the top left corner where the power button is for the I pad air. This results in the I pad not being held securely in the case.. I am on my third case and I spoke to Logitech customer service and they are in the process of re designing the case. I am surprised they still continue to sell it. This break at the power switch only occurs in I pad air models. Logitech is a know name and a good company I believe they will remedy the problem but it will take some time.

Wish I would have read the reviews for the one start rating. Didn't not last for three months before the corner broke. Poor fit always slipping down out of the corners. Only one angle to view. I bought a Zagg for my first IPad over three years ago and it still is going strong. Replaced the Logitech with a Zagg today for my Air. Don't waste your money on this case. The Zagg is a better product, with more functions.

I bought this case almost a year ago. The construction and material is very poor. Logitech has provided me two replacements since with the first showing a major redesign (i.e. they know they royally messed up). The plastic clips easily crack with little to no stress. It's a shame this company can't release a good product given the high price of the product. By all means, buy the competitor's cases. This keyboard case is junk.

I loved it at first but after 7 months of use it never stays connected to Bluetooth. Shuts off constantly. Tried charging it and it doesn't get any better.

Do not buy this. I bought my first one, which broke within 2 months because the clip holders broke. Now the Bluetooth on my second one does not work after 3 months

Bought this for my wife so she can work on documents without breaking out the laptop. She's never traveled with it or abused it, after two months the bracket on the right side has broken and will no longer hold the iPad in place. I have placed a support call to logitech for a replacement.

My son bought me one of these Logitech keyboard/iPad covers for Christmas this last year and two things malfunctioned: one key on the keyboard would not work (the "K" key) and two mounting brackets broke. I purchased another keyboard recently and the EXACT same thing happened within 3 months of purchasing it. DO NOT BUY, look elsewhere for something more reliable.

I bought this keyboard in July, it broke in September. My ipad fell off the keyboard and scratched the screen. Since then I have been trying to get Logitech to reply to my emails. Don't buy this keyboard, it will break around the sleep button and if your iPad falls Logitech won't cover your loss.

I'm on my third Logitech keyboard; the only reason I am still using it is because Logitech keeps replacing it as they won't refund my money. This is used for business use. It is stored properly but the plastic piece on the upper left hand corner continues to break.

LTech is great about replacing these only because the *&$ keeps breaking around the hinges which hold iPad i place. Don't waste your time or money on this product.
