Trash board, trash company, just plain trash

I did not think that Logitech could design a keyboard that was worse than the K860, which, up until this one, was the single worst keyboard I've ever had to work with, but this one is far worse. It's like Logitech has decided over the last 10 years to only hire keyboard designers who have never in their entire lives seen a keyboard, have no idea what a keyboard is for, have no idea how they're used, and has never typed a single word, much less an entire sentence, in their lives. Whoever designed this pile of junk is a sadistic psychotic. I have used Logitech boards for over 30 years at this point. Up until the K860, they were my go-to. They have inexplicably discontinued without warning their best-made, best-designed keyboards and gone with absolutely useless junk, and theyre charging twice as much as they ever have before for it. I didnt have this keyboard for 24 hours before *two* keys fell off it. I have no idea how. I still can't find one of them. I had to take this board as an exchange because my Logitech Wave board that I bought in 2022 failed. I used my warranty to get this board, which was the only ergonomic board available from Best Buy. The best thing I can say about this experience is that the shipping on the new board was fast. Other than that, I got royally screwed. Best Buy's warranty is useless if it cannot provide me with replacement equipment that's equal than or better to the product that I need to exchange. As well as never buying another Logitech board, I will no longer be purchasing anything from Best Buy. I'll just shop at Amazon. At least they provide decent customer service. Logitech is trash now. Never again.

I actually went back and purchased a 2nd one (I work on two computers for work). Just be aware though, the mouse takes a day or two to get used to. I got used to it in a couple of days and love it now! The clickers are just very sensitive.
