I had major challenges with this mouse/keyboard. After working great for a couple weeks it started acting like it was possessed and would completely freak out and start typing single letters on my screen messing up documents and emails. I had to disable the bluetooth function completely to get my computer to work again and then the USB would not read. This occurred several times before I gave up. Super disappointing.

Been buying logitech devices for over 2 decades. This is the first time I’ve been disappointed with one. Short & simple - could never pair the keyboard at all and after deleting the devices & reinstalling, the mouse doesn’t pair either. Their website is cumberome at best and did not provide the support assistance I’m used to receiving from them. I’ll be looking at other solutions for my new HP laptop because I can’t purchase another logitech product in good faith. VERY Disappointed.

Unresponsive...very dissatisfied. Went back to old wired mouse & keyboard.

Not a user friendly keyboard… no lighting on keyboard, small keyboard….

Keyboard works well but is shaped weird and is not wide enough for me. Not ergonomic

Not so good, because the small number lock keys on the right side of the keyboard does not work. When I return to V, I will be returning it to the store for assistance. It never worked since I brought it home. I didn't return it because I had to leave town, and my son in college was going to take a look at it when he went home for the week-end. However he was not able to figure it out, so I will be returning it for assistance.

Bluetooth connectivity was poor. Won’t connect to more than one device, even with the usb when connected to another device via Bluetooth

I have been using Logitech keyboard and mouse combos for over 20 years and they have always provided great quality and long-life performance. This new combo can be connected via Bluetooth or the included USB receiver. I am using the USB for my desktop but can use Bluetooth with my tablet. Both the keyboard and mouse come with pre-installed batteries and synced with the receiver immediately. The keyboard is narrower than my other Logitech keyboards and it took a little getting used to as the keys are closer together but after a few days I got comfortable with it and it feels more natural now. The key lay out is also different than the wider keyboards so that took a little getting used to as well. There is a very well-padded palm rest on the keyboard that is very comfortable. I will say this is the quietest keyboard and mouse that I have ever had. The keys have a very nice feel and long throw and the mouse has a rubberized material on the sides of the mouse that give it great grip that makes it very comfortable. Both the keyboard and mouse are very responsive and smooth. There is a Logitech App that can be downloaded in order to customize both the keyboard and mouse and I found built in functions of the keys that I was not previously aware of for doing things like activating full screen for videos and being able to initiate forward and reverse of videos. I am still learning some of the features this combo offers but so far this is by far the best Logitech combo I have ever had. It’s smooth and comfortable and offers a lot of flexibility and customization. If this combo last as long as the other ones I have this will be a real winner. The Logitech combo I just replaced with this new one is over 10 years old and is still working perfect. I would highly recommend this new Logitech combo.

Too expensive for the price. Not BB fault. But it should be less than $40. The device itself is "quite" but nothing groundbreaking.

Unboxed and looked inside keyboard, mouse, and packaging....no logibolt receiver inclded makes it hard to use since i am not blue tooth capable.

I returned this item but Best Buy didn't enter that information.

The MK670 combo is overall very nice. I didn’t know it was a compact form factor, so while it does have all the keys of a full-size keyboard, the keyboard itself is not “full size” but rather compact and narrow. If you’re looking for a truly full-size keyboard you might want to look at the MK550 combo instead. Connecting to either a Mac or PC was very straightforward, using either Bluetooth or the supplied 2.4gz USB-A dongle. Both the keyboard and mouse were very snappy, no lag or latency at all. Battery life has also been great. I love how the keyboard has dual purpose keys for Mac and PC, however what’s odd is that my Mac does not recognize the CMD key on the keyboard as the Command key, it recognizes the Option key next to it instead as the Command. Even after removing and reconnecting, but not sure if that is a keyboard or a MacOS issue. The keys were very soft and quite but snappy and accurate right out of the box. After a few weeks of use, the keys have softened even more, and the snappiness has sort of gone away. But still very accurate and quiet. The wrist pad is built in an offers a nice soft touch and does offer comfort for long sessions, although I do wish it had just a bit more padding. The mouse has great ergonomics and has nice dual sculpted design so it will be great for right or left-handed people. The clicks are soft and muted but very accurate. The center jog wheel has a nice clicky tactile feedback and it also very accurate. The Logitech software also makes it super easy to download the current firmware, and lets you set up macro tasks as a profile setting. So, you can assign certain apps to open or or a checklist of things to be done all based on trigger actions you set. This combo would be perfect for those traveling and on the go as well, as it fits super easily into a backpack or bag.

Does not work. I will return this item. It will not stay connected to my computer via Bluetooth.

Have had this items for less than 30 days and the right mouse button has stopped working. Learned that Best Buy only offers a 14 day return window. Logitech has sent me a free shipping label but expects me to pay for packaging the item I bought in store. Not a great experience.

Logitech Wave Pebble MK670 ergonomic keyboard and ergonomic mouse has been awesome it's light weight quick and easy set up. It has a USB wireless connect to your computer, I use a ergonomic keyboard for work for my desktop computer at work and had realized I needed one for my laptop computer for home due to laptop keyboards being so flat it dose cause wrist pain, the size has been perfect for home & I've used it for travel also which of course isn't that small but works. I love that it is wireless and your not tied to a computer there's times I set up my laptop and I can sit back and relax for quick computer use, the keyboard keys are a bit more compact and smaller compared to a regular size keyboard and the curve of the board is a little flatter then I'm use to but works for my short term computer use at home, I do wish that the ten key pad was a little bit bigger the keys are really small and close together but I have gotten use to them. The mouse is a great size and the shape/design is very comfortable in my hand it glides smoothly with or without a mouse pad. I am overall very satisfied with both mouse and keyboard it's great for anyone who needs a curve in there keyboard to help with wrist and hand discomfort and prefers a mouse that isn't small. It ask has a nice wrist rest pad.

I ordered this keyboard on June 1 and was suppose to receive it the next day. It is now June 20 and it only says delayed. This is bad business.

Since the early days when there was only one ergonomic option for keyboards I have always been on the lookout for a compact version - the wait is over. This is a compact but full featured device that makes typing a dream. Out of the box it was easy to pair to my computer using Bluetooth. The accompanying mouse is comfortable in the hand and offers very precise tracking. Both easily fit on my smallish (26" wide) keyboard tray with ease. The mouse is also low profile (under 2" tall) fits nicely when the tray is pushed completely in. The integrated palm rest is a nice touch and is very comfortable. Although this is very compact, it feels to me full sized and my fingers naturally fall into place. The wave design allows me to type for long periods without fatigue and just as the mouse is very responsive the keyboard is too making any task easy and comfortable. Another great feature is the ability to pair to up to 3 different devices for fast change over. All of this tempts me to actually travel with this when I am on the road! Both the keyboard and mouse are nearly silent when in use. Though the action of the keyboard is not "mushy" like some other soft touch devices I have used. The typing experience is quite nice even though I am a little partial to a positive "click" this is changing my mind about that. All in all this is a high quality device that is made of recycled plastic so on top of all the great features it is good for the environment too!

This is not about the product but about the LACK of customer service at the Bestbuy in Brockton.

I am a computer nerd, I have more computers and laptops than anyone should really ever have. But, when I use laptops, I personally dislike the keyboard and touchpads on almost all of them. So finding a great wireless keyboard mouse duo is imperative in my day to day life. Enter the Logitech MK670 Wave Keys Combo w/ ergonomic keyboard that is affordable, well built, and is very very bluetooth friendly. (* does come with its own connection dongle if you do not have bluetooth) Pros: Connectivity, turn it on and almost immediatly all of my laptops popped up wanting to connect via bluetooth. ReConnectivity, on both keyboard/mouse (hold one button down til it blinks, done for both) super fast and easy to switch connected devices. The mouse has an ambidextrous design, which makes it great to use with either hand The keyboard has a unique ergonomical design which may help your hands, as well as a rest pad for your wrists which is nice The keyboard and mouse feel well built and should last some time Cons: Slightly different ergonomic layout of the keyboard than I am used to, the keyboard is a full keyboard that is condensed (crunched together) which at first can be a little confusing putting your fingers on the right keys while you memory map out where certain buttons are, However, once you do get it memorized like any device, it becomes less and less difficult to land the right key presses. Overall not a bad combo, I really enjoyed how easy it was for me to connect to one laptop to the next, which made multi-tasking for me so much better. I would recommend this for anyone looking for an affordable easy to use Logitech entry level wireless keyboard and mouse.

Finally got rid of the old wired mouse and keyboard! I use a standing desk and the keyboard tray is not that big! My old keyboard was huge allowing barely enough room to use my mouse and paper. Now I can use keyboard, mouse with pad, pen, and notepad. And a snack when needed. The wrist rest is super nice and in the perfect spot if you use it. While I was planning on using it, I realized I can’t with the way I use my keyboard. This is also a very quiet keyboard. The click click click drive me nuts and everyone knew when I was typing but not anymore! Because this keyboard is smaller, there is a learning process because each keyboard seems to be different. I took a star off because the keyboard has no back lights and you can’t tell if the Num Lock is on or off. I do recommend this set. It’s small footprint and quietness are priceless especially in and open office or a home. And there is only one dongle for keyboard and mouse! Another excellent point to this set!!!!!!!
